I am a very serious reader and writer. I’ve followed the publishing industry for two decades. There has never been so much garbage being published by hacks who cannot write but who have been through the MFA mill and the factory-style writing workshops to learn how to exploit use the assembly-line formula to churn out book after book of nothing but the same story line, the same characters, presenting the same PC messages.
The publishing industry has become the fast-food industry of thought.
