Flake is a no, making it necessary to get both Murkowsky and Collins.
No Democrat will vote yes unless the R’s get to 50.

Flake is a noGot a linkable source? Otherwise I'm not interested. Too much garbage floating around, much of it unsourced.

Did Flake say hes voting no?
Or is he (as usual) being a mysterious media attention wh*re, still pretending to think things over?

Once they hit 50 five more will jump on to save their butts (and it wont help them because folks are pissed).

Jeff Flake: I Will Vote to Confirm Brett KavanaughBreitbart by Sean Moran
September 28, 2018
[Excerpt from Jeff Flake's written statement, emphasis in bold mine:]
What I do know is that our system of justice affords a presumption of innocence to the accused, absent corroborating evidence. That is what binds us to the rule of law. While some may argue that a different standard should apply regarding the Senates advice and consent responsibilities, I believe that the constitutions provisions of fairness and due process apply here as well.
I will vote to confirm Judge Kavanaugh.
[Coon's reaction as quoted in the article.]
"CNN reports that when Sen. Chris Coons (D-DE) heard the news of Flakes decision, his immediate response was, 'Oh f*ck.'"

Flake may vote yes. Other factors are in play.

“No Democrat will vote yes unless the Rs get to 50.”
I’m thinking Munchkin, and Heidekamp may switch to yes, they’re in DEEP DOO at home just one short month before their elections. Maybe a few more highly vulnerable Ds like Donnelly or even at this point McCaskill.
Flake is a pathetic disgrace, so glad the people of AZ recognized that long ago and made it clear he wouldn’t even with the GOP primary this year.

And judging by their comments today about Trump’s comments on Ford, I would count them as a ‘no’ too.
McScrotum is finally holding the vote 2 weeks late after all the damage is done.
