Flake is a noGot a linkable source? Otherwise I'm not interested. Too much garbage floating around, much of it unsourced.

Have you been watching him?
$10.00 to FR if he votes yes on Kavanaugh.
He might vote yes on cloture, but he is a no on Kavanaugh.

You sound a little cranky.
I presumed when he said “Flake is a no,” he was just expressing his opinion. That happens around here once in a while...

Whatever truly pushed Flake out of the Senate, my guess is that if he votes no the hammer is going to truly come down on him. He talks about a presidential run, which is like Hillary talking about being an astronaut.

I have no linkable source but Flake and his good buddy Chris Coons appeared today on NBC, I think it was them, to state that it wasnt so much that Kavanaughs story was believable but that he, Flake, just wasnt convinced he had the judicial temperament to serve on the Court!
So.....I, for one, believe Flake is prepared to Flake out!
