US Senators serve for 6 years. One vote so far from his re-election will not cost him anything. Put this TOTALLY on elitist Republican powerbrokers who handed the seat to dems rather than support a conservative they didn’t hand-pick.

Post 43 hit the nail on the head. 2020, Alabama will have a unified Republican party. Not split 3 ways like the special election. Doug Jones will be gone. The only way Doug Jones can keep the cross over vote that he had, is to cross over and vote in a bipartisan manner. So far he has been a lad dog for the DNC. We should have had Mo Brooks.

Many are here, and/or encouraged them to do so.

How is he betraying the state of Alabama? The voters of Alabama elected a far left-wing extremist. What did they expect?

“Now those AL Republicans who sat on their fannies, rather than vote for Judge Moore, are to blame. Otherwise, D. Jones would have likely lost the race.”

Amen. I sent Jones an email telling him he’s supposed to be representing the people of Alabama, not Schumer and Pelosi. Surprisingly I didn’t get a reply.

I forgot to include that RAT BASTARD Jeff Sessions in that list of rinos and neverTrumpers who weighed in on Roy Moore

He would have been better than a dirty old man stalking teenaged girls. I supported him until the interview with Hannity. It was awful.

I voted for Moore, but he was a nut job.

You have to add Hannity’s backstabbing to the mix. He did his very best, his best effort ever, to get the democrat elected.

I heard him a few minutes today. He would not allow anyone to criticize Ford.

Well, Alabama GOP, I voted for Roy Moore last December.

Too bad so many of you pussies stayed HOME.

No excuses. You traded away every once of integrity you had.

After the Moore interview, I largely quit listening to Hannity and won’t be going back.

How do you know Doug Jones is not a pedophile?...He’s a far lefty pro-abort. He’s a member of the pervert militant death cult & anti-American crime syndicate known as the Demoncrat party.

How do you get any worse than that?

“Moore sucked.”

You think that most of the democrats and half the Republicans don’t?

Does that justify voting for a baby killer?

Does that justify defeating a man who would vote with Trump?

I don’t know why everyone assumes Roy Moore would have been a solid vote for Kavanaugh. I would have voted for Moore even if there was irrefutable proof that the allegations against him were TRUE ... and yet I knew he was likely to be the biggest pain in the @ss in the U.S. Senate if he won.

Sessions was never the man conservatives thought he was. In that regard, like Trent Lott.

If the RNC had not joined in to do to Judge Moore what is now being done to Judge Kavanaugh we would be one vote closer to confirming Kavanaugh. Jones will be gone in 2020 as long as the RNC can keep from joining in with dems to smear the candidate we choose.

Question for the good senator: Do you believe that all elected and appointed officials in government should be disallowed their office if a witness steps forward with claims of a sexual attack sometime in their lives?

Do you think Bill Clinton should have been impeached for accusations of rape as well as sexual misconduct within the Oval Office?

Do you think Ted Kennedy’s portraits or other references should be removed from Capitol Hill?

And if you don’t accept either of the two above questions, should women hope that if they are attacked that their attackers should be Republicans as apparently that’s the only way to get recognition of the events... And if you accept vague recollections developed from recovered memory sessions as being credible in any form or fashion without any collaborating evidence, shouldn’t you accept actual police reports, sworn statements and others that have been repeatedly levied against Democrats?
