I got it on my cell, startled me. Started off with repeated squawking very similar to a tornado warning.

My wife and I have IPhones from a joint Sprint account. Mine is a 7 Plus and her’s is still a 6. Her’s alerted twice — mine zero.

AM radio broadcast interrupted: succeeded
AT&T cell phone: failed
NOAA weather alert radio: failed
The local National Weather Service phone number has been off-hook all morning today. Related? (I've been trying to call in some rainfall amounts.)

The local NWS phone finally started working again and I was able to phone in my rainfall report.
The forecaster I spoke with said that his AT&T cell phone (like mine) didn't get the message.
