My results of the emergency alert test:

AM radio broadcast interrupted: succeeded
AT&T cell phone: failed
NOAA weather alert radio: failed

The local National Weather Service phone number has been off-hook all morning today. Related? (I've been trying to call in some rainfall amounts.)

The local NWS phone finally started working again and I was able to phone in my rainfall report.

The forecaster I spoke with said that his AT&T cell phone (like mine) didn't get the message.

I was very disappointed... the Alert message did not contain the words “Top Dems arrested and sent to Gitmo”...
