"2) But after Kavanaugh's Kafkaesque Kangaroo Kommittee rape by the left, do you think he'll EVER vote to the left of Attila the Hun again in his life? Do you think he will have an IOTA of sympmathy for any #PoundMeToo cases?"

He'll write opinions in favor of those who have likely been assaulted based on a full body of evidence. He's as straight as an arrow and cool as a cucumber (see quote below, emphasis in bold mine). He won't be unjust towards anyone. He'll be the most honest and fair judge on the Supreme Court, regardless of who is involved in the case.

What would our nation's founding fathers have done with related cases? That is the question, and we all know the answer. I'm sure he received a bit more of an education about what's going on out here after the recent experience.

Heller v. D.C. - Appeals (2010-2011, not the 2008 case)
https://www.cadc.uscourts.gov/internet/opinions.nsf/DECA496973477C748525791F004D84F9/%24file/10-7036-1333156.pdf#page=46

[Excerpts:]

“KAVANAUGH, Circuit Judge, dissenting:...
[...]
In my judgment, both D.C.’s ban on semi-automatic rifles and its gun registration requirement are unconstitutional under Heller.

In Heller, the Supreme Court held that handguns – the vast majority of which today are semi-automatic – are constitutionally protected because they have not traditionally been banned and are in common use by law-abiding citizens. There is no meaningful or persuasive constitutional distinction between semi-automatic handguns and semi-automatic rifles. Semi-automatic rifles, like semi-automatic handguns, have not traditionally been banned and are in common use by law-abiding citizens for self-defense in the home, hunting, and other lawful uses. Moreover, semi-automatic handguns are used in connection with violent crimes far more than semi-automatic rifles are. It followsfrom Heller’s protection of semi-automatic handguns that semi-automatic rifles are also constitutionally protected and that D.C.’s ban on them is unconstitutional.
[...]
In my view, Heller and McDonald leave little doubt that courts are to assess gun bans and regulations based on text, history, and tradition, not by a balancing test such as strict or intermediate scrutiny.”

And, to continue your thought - if the Left wins this one, we know it is not just Kavanaugh - they have said it - they will fight Anyone nominated.
They lost the election , but have decided it does not matter - they are going to fight Trump every step of the way.

Where I wrote, “likely,” scratch that. Replace it with the word, undoubtedly. I’m not a lawyer, you know. But “undoubtedly” is important.

We can lose Flake and still win. Both women are going to vote for ‘K’.

Hope not. I want their hides nailed to the wall along with their handlers, financiers, Complicit Media and the Flake Crowd.

The language of politics, dems keep tweeting at Flake et al “be a hero” vote no, “#beahero”. I’m fed up.

Get him voted on and then go after these dem players/aka witnesses, especially that Swetnik. They’ve really been pushing this “women must be believed” thing - show them very clearly that some women lie to destroy other people.

Great news. Now let’s see if it happens. We should also never forget about what the demo_rats did during this confirmation. Demo_rats must be punished at the polls.

Ahh, the best of both worlds - Kavanaugh gets on the court and the Dems get shellacked in November. Oh sweet Jesus!

If true it’s a done deal. Manchin and Heitkamp will likely be yeas in a last-ditch attempt to save their seats. This is backfiring on the Dems so badly I don’t think they’ll go back to the bag of tricks one more time.

“Unless those Rat Senators get the green light from Chuck the Schmuck, they will only Vote yes if Kavanaugh already has 50 Votes, with VP Pence being the Tiebreaker.”

I think Kavanaugh will get over 60 votes. Here is my reasoning, but first allow me to place my tinfoil hat on, as well as placing a tinfoil hat on my viking kitty Singrid.

Mainstream liberal Democrats are scared to death. They accepted the premise of their left wing base in exchange for the votes hoping to put them over the top in November. The problem is, and they know it, it will never stop until the Democratic party becomes the Communist Party and the mainstream will be Crowley’d.

The approach Trump has taken isolates the mainstream Dems and Pubs and forces them into a choice. You can join Trump and his supporters to Make America Great Again, prosperous and secure, living within the laws that God and Constitution gave us, or you can become a raving lunatic commie and eventually turn into the Soviet Union. In the second instance, gays, radicals and other anti-government forces will be jailed and killed for not living within the bounds of a new communist doctrine.

As we can see by the above, quite a few of the Pubs who were given this choice decided not to run again rather than submit to the MAGA Doctrine as laid out by Trump. Within the Dem party, this fight is going on and as we can see by statements from Pelosi (she is the bell weather for elitist socialists) she doesn’t know which way to turn.

There truly is a civil war going on in this country. The problem is the war is between the Communists, Socialists and mainstream Democrats. We are just the ones waiting on the winner. In the interim, Trump is setting the table for the final battle.

Trump is a man with great conviction. He is also one of the top Project Managers in the world. Something most people don’t even understand. For those Project Managers out there, you will understand this.

1. The Project Charter has been written. (MAGA)
2. The planning is in its final stages. Requirements have been written, the AS/IS-TO/BE is documented. The risks have all been identified and the execution strategy is just about completed.

The biggest risk is losing the house and or senate. If we hold that, we are going to see something never witnessed before in US history.

And with that, Singrid has shaken off her helmet and went to poop.
