Sorry for yet another vanity, but I've not seen a thread dedicated to just this point, and it's really amazing no talking heads I've seen have brought this up!

Prosecutors should weigh in on the last time they saw a kidnapping and rape, where the girl "tried to scream" through music rather than BITE, KICK, and RUN.
What they cleverly scripted here, along with the baby voice, is the idea that she was child-like. Think about it. The only victims of rape like that who would not in fact fight back are children - mostly incest victims. So this is just how low they've sunk here, knowing that the combination of baby voice and a totally submissive victim, would effect the audience psychologically - because they'd feel like they were witnessing child abuse.
In fact, her entire story reads as is she's having an out of body experience, watching from above, as she seems to be able to see and hear in 360.

Exactly. But posit for a minute that you’re trying to build a believable narrative... why would you omit this point, knowing it would make it less likely to be true that a girl would NOT fight back and instead conveniently “scream” through the loud music and locked door??

I don’t believe it happened at all as she said, but I would believe that something happened that upset her. She describes a house that might very well have been Chris Garrett’s house. If so, does it make sense that Kavanaugh would try to rape the quasi girlfriend of one of his best friends at his own house? That is completely against the rules, man.

She conspired with Feinstein and her staff and Corey Booker says he was there when it happened. She conspired to be used as an instrument to bluntly cudgel a man whose reputation was spotless before she stained it with a FALSE ACCUSATION specifically engineered and orchestrated to be a late hit. As DeGenova said, anyone deceived by her should ROT IN HELL.
Because if it really did happen, she was so plastered she couldn’t. That explains why she doesn’t remember anything. But that would also destroy the narrative of “one beer” and that it was “100%” Kavanaugh.

She doesn’t try to get away and she is saying hi to her gropers who ruined her life?

I wondered about that also. And why would she think she was going to be raped if he couldn’t even get her outer clothes off and she had a one-piece bathing suit under them? It makes no sense. And that she noticed how they were enjoying themselves by their laughter.
The other thing is that she never considered the fact that Judge DID help her get away by what she claims he did. He broke up the two of them on the bed (probably) so she could escape. And instead of being grateful to him...
I’m not sure if she ever claimed she even said “no” to him.
Against a Fantasy?
Her story is such an obvious lie - just because she wept and shook and used a baby voice, people kept saying she was “credible” - which just meant that they thought she did a good job of acting like a victim - but the details were as stupid as ever, just using the name BRETT more often.
It’s a nonsensical story - as I’ve said many times on here lately, and as a woman just 3 years her junior, I never bought this narrative. But I think her handlers left out fighting back to mimic child abuse, and very intentionally so.
As an incest story, this would be 100% believable - just 1 man and her, in a room where he locked the door and turned up the music, tried to scream, but the grown up held hand on mouth and said “SHHHH”.
Yikes I just creeped myself out. But it’s far more likely than her story.
Because it didn’t happen. None of it actually happened.
It’s all made up.
She said she was fifteen, and fifteen years olds are still children who act like kids, not adults. Her story is she was a a party with friends. No one expects to be attacked under those circumstances.
So that she initially did not initially take action is one of the few plausible elements of her story. A carefully constructed lie has to have some elements of truthfulness to be believable.
Probably not all made up, maybe just 90 percent made up. Thing is, girls like her have a fantasy about certain boys but it doesn't become reality. Maybe she set up a situation on two boys but nothing came of it, and she became hurt and disillusioned that it didn't turn into a sexual thing. She dwells on the fantasy for years, and the original boys faces and names are forgotten. Years later, she believes the fantasy happened. Then Kavanaugh is in the news and she pins the fantasy on him. Yes, she is a nutjob, credible in her mind but certainly nuts.
