Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s office will be investigated to determine if it leaked a confidential letter from Brett Kavanaugh accuser Christine Blasey Ford, Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) said Sunday.
Cotton—who announced the investigation shortly after President Trump suggested Feinstein may have released the letter at a rally—said lawyers who worked with Ford will also face an investigation by the Washington, D.C. Bar for allegedly misinforming her that Senate Judiciary Committee staffers would not travel to California to speak with her about her alleged assault.

I’m simplifying it but in essence it does seem that he knows the Ford thing is in place but has not emerged yet.
Senator Finestein did not leak the letter.
It may have been leaked by the office of the congresswoman.
It might have been leaked by a third string DI Fi staffer but she can and will maintain plausible deniability
To be successful, a strategy must be contrived for hanging the publishers with a non first amendment charge such as conspiracy
She’ll pin the leak on one of her staffers who’ll mysteriously die in an auto accident that same day. Sorry but that’s how these filthy rats operate.

REALITY CHECK---The express wishes of Judiciary Committee Republicans was that Judiciary staffers
would travel to California to speak with Ford about her alleged assault. As an alternative
the Committee would interview her in private in DC if she preferred.
AND THIS We also need to know the terms by which the two lawyers are getting a chunk of the go-fund-me money pile raised for Ford.
