ABC News chief foreign correspondent Terry Moran said Friday that it would "not be a legitimate action" for an "all-male majority" of the Supreme Court to overturn the landmark Roe v. Wade decision.
"Overturning Roe vs. Wade by an all-male majority, two of whom have had credible accusations of sexual misconduct lodged against them, would not be a legitimate action," Moran said on ABC, in a clip flagged by NewsBusters.
Moran was discussing what would happen to the nation's highest court if the Senate confirms Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, who he referenced in his comment along with Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas.

Actions taken by the Supreme Court will.be deemed improper and illegitimate, if such actions are taken by members who do not belong to a recognized grievance group.

Is Terry Moron aware that Roe’s 7 justices in the majority opinion were all male? How was that legitimate? In any case, leftists like him would denounce overturning Roe even if the entire SCOTUS were women, so who cares?
Assuming we hold the Senate, I suspect Amy Coney Barrett will be the replacement for Thomas when he retires (or when buzzy finally kicks off). Problem solved.

To date...and I admit I might have missed it, but I haven’t heard anyone talking about abolishing Roe v. Wade but the people who are speculating that it might happen.
I haven’t heard any official threaten to do it, nor any SCOTUS member.

Following this line of “reasoning,” no decision handed down by the Supreme Court is legitimate as the majority has always been male.
