NRATV host Dan Bongino issued a dire warning to Republican Senators on Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s behalf on “Tucker Carlson Tonight” on Friday.
“Tucker, if they let this guy go down, Brett Kavanaugh, if they let this character assassination of a father, a basketball coach, a son, and a dedicated public servant go down in flames,” Bongino stated. “If they let this happen, I can’t tell you, the GOP will be wiped, absolutely wiped out in the midterms. It will be a stain on them forever.”
“But I’m just begging these guys in Congress and the women on our side. Take the damn vote. Take the vote. Get them on the record. If we are going to lose, go down swinging,” he continued. “And at least we have something in the midterms to hold the people to account on in red states. And these Republicans who claim to champion our values. Take the vote. It’s time to fight.”
Bongino’s comments come hours after the GOP agreed to delay the vote for a week-long FBI investigation.

I appreciate Bongino’s words. He used to be a sub/sit-in @ WCBM conservative talk radio with Sean & Fran in the morning.
Listening to talk radio after 40yrs or so learning at my Granny’s knee(she was housebound when I was young) I’ve learned to discriminate between good talk & bad talk radio.
If only Dan could get a bit of training in preparing his subject matter and how he could perform delivery of his message it would enhance his profile much much more.
Yes, he has a lot of good points but to listen to
what I call his “incredulosity delivery” (Can You Believe This ?) for one hour is extremely wearing in comparison to others who I will not name at this time.
I can only take “can you believe this” for so long.

My guess is that the midterm election will probably not go well for the GOP if they botch this.
People I’ve talked to about this are livid.
People like the Judge a whole lot more than they like the GOP and Jeff Flake.
Yeah, Dems always win. That’s why Hillary is President and Gorsuch was denied a seat on the Supreme Court.
The time to get rid of the worthless among the “republicans” is in the primaries, not replacing them with democrats.
And the GOP-e doesn’t care either way, whether they benefit or not electorally, so Bongino speaking up in an attempt to “scare” them is not going to affect the RINO politicians’ behavior.

Keep in mind that The Stupid Party has been known to commit suicide prior to an election. Bush Senior’s mid terms were going well in 1990, so the press ginned up a bunch of fix the deficit stories and he violated his “no new taxes” pledge.
Republicans went into free fall and Bush himself got beat two years later. It’s the Uniparty for a reason.
Here’s a scenario we all could live with:
1) Kavanaugh goes down in flames...causing
2) A royally ticked off Trump (and other Trumpian luminaries) to go on a pre-November campaign rampage...resulting in
3) A democrat bloodbath of epic proportions...leading to
4) Legislation proposing the expansion of the Supreme Court from nine to eleven seats (too many cases for only nine, you know)...followed by
5) President Trump naming enough people from his list so that nobody cares if Ruth Ginsburg lives to be 150 years old.
(And best of all, Kavanaugh gets another bite of the apple to fill one of the two new seats!
I’ve heard the same from Republicans—men and women—in my neighborhood. They say what I’ve been saying: that if the left controls the Supreme Court, they’ll control the whole government.
They are angry, and the angriest are women. They use the B-word to describe Judge Kavanaugh’s accusers. They’re not stupid, either, and they know what will happen in the event of a Senate rejection of Kavanaugh.
All have said that they’ll avoid voting for Senators (some said members of Congress), if Kavanaugh is not appointed. I asked some of them what they’ll do, if he *is* appointed. All replied that they’ll vote for Republicans for the Senate, if he’s confirmed.
And yes, there’s a very close and most important senatorial election here in the midterm elections.
That's no surprise given that there was no other news whatsoever being covered during the peak of this brouhaha.
The thought of THAT scenario should scare enough dems to vote for Kavanaugh, making the final count somewhere around 99-1
With the Supreme Court controlled by the manhaters we’re seeing and hearing, legislation without their approval will have no effect. It will be shot down in the courts. Leftist courts controlled by those harpies will also completely ignore the Constitution.
First WE put Trump into office NOT these turncoat legislators and Gorsuch didn’t matter to them because it didn’t turn the court!!! Everything Trump has tried to accomplish they have blocked him, the ONLY DAMNED reason he has been able to get a DAMNED thing done is through EO’s!!!
