Kavanaugh was previously cleared for access to the highest levels of information, and if the current crop of investigators just happen to find derogatory info in K's background that escaped scrutiny in the past, serious questions need to be raised about the abilities of persons who had a hand in the prior investigations.
I believe this is not fair, unless the Feinstein/Ford/Flake side is also subject to investigation, particularly to the lies told by DiFi and Ford.
Investigate fast then. Like when Comey investigated Hillarys emails. Better get started writing the conclusions tomorrow.
I kind of like Laura Ingraham’s comment concerning that if there were any real serious dirt to have been had on him, the Clinton War Room would have dug it up ages ago during the Clinton/Starr affair.
The solution is simple: It’s time to let the GOP be relegated to the dustbins of history. Not one vote. Let it all go to hell.
Trump has backed down and tossed Judge Kav to the wayside. The Demonrats must have blackmail on him, or have the CIA threatening to kill his kids, or something. The United States government has now been taken over by an enemy power.

After that fails, wait for the Democrats to tie this FBI investigation to Mueller, and demand Special Counsel look into it.
The president isn’t stupid. He will not allow political operatives to do the investigation.
What the Democrats want is no longer relevant, they are out of the picture.
It’s all about Flake and Murkowski, they are the only ones that matter.
Judge Kavanaugh said the same thing himself during his testimony yesterday.

He showed that he is The Man For All Seasons yesterday in the most heroic performance I have ever seen in front of an American “governing” body.
He stood up to vile and disgusting badgering by decrepit, filthy, cadaverous Leftists pretending to care about some stupid teenage party decades ago.
And “our” side can’t even give him what he asked for - a quick up or down vote after Chrissy Slutzky lied her butt off and delayed, delayed, delayed.
Anything can happen in a week and will. The Rat’s are going to go into frenzied overdrive.
A civil war could come out of it.
