Democratic Senator Merkley is filing a lawsuit over the Kavanaugh nomination and seeking an injunction on a confirmation vote. He argues the White House has violated the separation of powers by obstructing the Senate's investigation (by withholding documents, for example.)

This is a RAT who lives in a city where the primary internet attack machine resides.
There is one in Portland and one in the Bay Area.
It has been active since 2008.

Parts have been active since the ‘90s.

So now the courts are taking over the oversight and regulation of the day-to-day workings of Congress? The Democrats lost the Congress and the Presidency so they think they can take over everything with the courts?

The Senate could impeach that judge in about 5 minutes.

The Senator “lacks standing”. Only the Senate and only coming from the relevant Senate committee could such a charge be brought to a court. Even then the courts would hesitate to get between what would essentially be a political issue, not a constitutional issue, between the executive and legislature. The Senator bringing the lawsuit is too ignorant of the law and the Constitution to be serving as a Senator.

Can’t we have Constitutional law exams as a qualification for being a Senator?

The nitwit senator apparently reflects the intellect of those who confusedly voted for him. He should be sued for impersonating someone with a brain.
