It depends on testimony? NOT.
It de[ends on whether the question is answered: “Is Judge Kavanaugh qualified to sit on the Supreme Court bench?” No other question such as , did he stick his penis in Almirez’s inebriated face even need to be answered.But they are irrelevant to the question of qualification. Such testimony has no weight really, fluff on the wind, no probative value as evidence at all.
If the GOP wants to earn votes for the mid terms, the Senate needs to confirm Judge Kavanaugh at the end of this Senate Judiciary Committee circus.
If Kavanaugh is not confirmed, its going to be very bad news for the GOP on November 6th.

Flake previously announced he’d support Kavanaugh. Besides, as McCain’s sock puppet, he’s duty bound to support a candidate McCain supported.
Then there is the matter of Jones and Heitkamp and Tester and Donnelly and Manchin. Even one defection from among those red state Democrats would doom any chance of stopping Kavanaugh.
The GOP has critized the D senators for pre-judging K before hearing the testimony. If the GOP senatora all promised ALL promised to vote for K now, that would make that criticism pretty absurd.

Due to the TOTAL lack of evidence, as long as Kavanaugh doesn’t pull a Roy Moore “well, even if it happened, it wasn’t a big deal” type answer, he’ll get his votes.
