Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine) says she doesnt believe Brett Kavanaugh will overturn a landmark abortion ruling if hes confirmed to the Supreme Court.
"Well first of all I do not believe he's going to repeal Roe v. Wade," Collins told Showtimes "The Circus," when asked about how she could potentially be "the vote" that puts Kavanaugh on the court and leads to the landmark 1973 case being repealed.

Conservative women cant be compelled to have abortions.Abortions can be done over the objections of conservative fathers.
Abortions primarily kill the spawn of liberals.
Innocent little preborn babies should not be murdered because of the sins of their mothers.
I am on the side of those who protect babies and you have placed yourself on the other side.

‘We’. If you and I had single-digit IQ’s, we’d sound like liberals.

It was based on the constitutional right to privacy discovered in Griswold v. Connecticut, which was said to exist in the "penumbras and emanations" that shone forth from the Bill of Rights.

I have seen it time and time again how animal lovers will go justifiably into a rage when they see arrested man tortured puppies, man who burned dog to death is arraigned and so on. They say where’s the death penalty? They say “give me ten minutes alone with him and my kitchen tools.” “I’d shoot his head off like a shooting gallery duck if I saw him.” “We should be able to do to him what he did to the dog.”
Then for the real death penalty in their state they disappear. And for saving the lives of babies being murdered by abortion they re nowhere to be found. Babies have a right to live.

I'm all for getting him confirmed first, we can discuss details, later - but I don't believe he could do it on his own, anyway.
I read an article yesterday - not sure if it was posted here, or not - but apparently Blasey-Ford worked for a company that makes an "abortion pill". That says a whole lot right there.

Roe v. Wade isn't a statute, and that's not going to happen in any absolute way. But women should be concerned about their constitutional rights. In countries without those rights, women were promised freedoms, more respect and wild fun. Women in those countries were subsequently bought, sold, tortured then discarded like broken (or dead) toys.
I've seen the numbers tattooed on imported women in some very upscale places here, in the States--not prostitution but in regular service jobs. I've seen the fear in their eyes and their hopes that they will be able to pay their own prices in order to escape. That's why we need to see Judge Kavanaugh in the Supreme Court.
Don't listen to the fascist, foreign, coastal propaganda that distracts from the big picture of what we're facing.

You can’t repeal something that wasn’t a law passed in the legislature to begin with ...

Sounds like a ‘yes’ for confirmation to me.

By the time that comes up again, hopefully there will be an 8-1 constitutionalist majority, and BK can recuse himself if he wishes.

"Well first of all I do not believe he's going to repeal Roe v. Wade,"
Duh, ya think?????
That was the fear when Kennedy was nominated.
That was the fear when Thomas was nominated.
That was the fear when Scalia was nominated.
That was the fear when Alito was nominated.
That was the fear when Gorsuch was nominated.....
This is getting sickeningly monotonous........
With that being said, it's time the GOP stop using the abortion issue when it comes to determining whether or not a presidential candidate lives up to the puritan standards of the party.
I've been saying for the past 30 years, there's not a damn thing a president can do when it comes to abortion so it's time they stop allowing the MSM to leverage the issue and attempt to determine who we choose for our presidential candidates.

He cant unilaterally repeal it. He can only rule on a specific case that comes before the court.
