The New Yorker published a story written by Ronan Farrow and Jane Meyer proving that theory correct. This story centers on Deborah Ramirez. ....udge Kavanaugh has already released a statement denying the allegation. This alleged event from 35 years ago did not happen. The people who knew me then know that this did not happen, and have said so. This is a smear, plain and simple. I look forward to testifying on Thursday about the truth, and defending my good name and the reputation for character and integrity I have spent a lifetime against these last-minute allegations.
1. Ramirez admits gaps in her memory and wasnt certain it was Kavanaugh
2. The New Yorker tried to find eyewitnesses... and failed
3. Others alleged to have been involved deny it happened

The defamation lawsuits on this one are going to be epic. Kavanaugh may end up one of the richest men in existence.
He should indeed file suit for defamation...the bar is high for a “public figure” but these allegations if indeed fabricated meet that bar. People cannot be allowed to get away with making up smears like this or they will only continue to get worse.
Find the source of the funding for the criminals threatening the Kavanaugh children, you will also then know the funding source for the women with the hazy recollections who are slandering Kavanaugh and attempting to bribe US Senator Collins. If the FBI has any competence or integrity left, actual arrests can then be made. Sincerely doubt any of these women will make actual definitive accusations against Kavanaugh under oath.
If Ford doesn’t show up on Thursday — and it’s almost certain that she won’t — then these stories are likely to fade away because there’s no way in hell this Ramirez mutant can possibly testify to anything under oath.
he’s not really a public figure per se. Hulk Hogan put The Gawker out of business with his lawsuit, and the dean of students at UVA won a big lawsuit against Rollingstone.
It’s easier to sue for defamation than one thinks especially if it’s a career related and the accusations are saying someone raped someone.
Why aren’t there detectives out there digging the dirt on all these people beginning with Feinstein?
Blowsey’s case is pathetically weak, too.
Just wait until the busloads of crazies start “protesting” and rioting in DC all week, starting tomorrow.
The unhinged, insane left will be on display for all to see.
The consolation prize will be that we will probably get a lot more moderate voters for the midterms than otherwise. Think the demoncrats are now in the realm of “unintended consequences”
Who sets the bar? Maybe the Supreme count, with Justice Kavanaugh, will be inclined to lower the bar.
Why would the New Yorker print this trash if it could not be verified by a witness?
They really want to sink Kavanaugh.
They really hate Trump.
Ronan Farrow won a Pulitzer, so now he is their Golden Boy.
And even if the story isn't true, their readers won't hold it against them, because the readers share the magazine's worldview.
My friend, we are dealing with people who would do all this for free.
A return of the tradition of dueling would be one way to put a stop to much of the slanderous behavior by the MSM / Dems.
Imagine someone whose honor is besmirched by the MSM being able to challenge that person to a duel. The challenged can then either apologize or accept the challenge.
As things are now, there is no cost for the slander presented daily by the MSM.
In what ways, if any, would the Code Duello need to be revised to include chicks and be in compliance with Title IX?
To plant more even seeds of doubt and suspicion in the collective consciousness.
That is all that ALL of this has been.
Poisoning the well for all time.
SO Alinsky it’s a sin.
