Voter support for Brett Kavanaughs confirmation to the U.S. Supreme Court is down in the wake of Christine Fords assault allegations, as more believe her than him. Currently, 40 percent of voters would confirm Kavanaugh, while 50 percent oppose him, according to a Fox News poll. Last month, views split 45-46 percent (August 19-21)...White voters divide by education: those with a college degree believe Ford by a 14-point margin, while those without a degree side with Kavanaugh by 17...The Fox News poll is based on landline and cell phone interviews with 1,003 randomly chosen registered voters nationwide and was conducted under the joint direction of Anderson Robbins Research (D) and Shaw & Company Research (R) from September 16-19, 2018.

I am not sure about the accuracy of the polls (given how inaccurate they - Fox News included - were on Election Day) but I wonder if this is about Kavanaugh the individual or about the MERE prospect of Roe v. Wade eventually being overturned. Apparently even those who tend to vote or identify as pro-life may find this unsettling.
I believe this whole “will she (Ford) or won’t she testify” is symbolic of our country’s own spiritual see-saw struggle over the Roe v. Wade matter.
“The longer Republicans allow the process to drag out, the worse it becomes...”
Agreed. I’ve been saying that for the last two weeks. Whether the GOP wants to admit or not, the Demonrats have seized the initiative now.
They, along with their MSM henchmen, will continue to pursue the narrative that Kavanaugh was a drunken perv. They’ll continue to come up with more and more “evidence” to back their ridiculous assertions.
Either the dumb b**** steps up and tells the truth (it never happened) or she’s gonna get sued up the kazoo...by Kavanaugh’s wife.
I don’t believe that poll.
What you are hearing is the Murdoch Boys repeating instructions from their Democrat/Socialist wives.
Old man Murdoch is no longer in control, so the blood sucking little bastards he fathered run the ship now
Playing both sides of the game
Voter support for Brett Kavanaughs confirmation to the U.S. Supreme Court is down.
Usual, customary, and expected msm Bullshit...now, even Faux. Bunch of pitiful dopes...wouldnt know truth if it bit them in the ass!
Never has the Senate fallen so low. If they pooled their resources, they'd be lucky to come up with a spine between them. The Fox News poll tells more about the stupidity of the so-called "voters" than anything else. They are a mob of lowbrow, low information rabble.
See what the 17th Amendment has wrought. Without the 17th Amendment, we wouldn't be having this discussion.
Very nice reference to Barrabus. It has always been that a great way to get what one wants is to use information propaganda to energize the mob to destroy one’s enemy.
This is why the GOP should never give an inch. The mob will always attack them. They can not negotiate with people who make decisions on feelings.

I’m so glad our government doesn’t vote based on the media’s opinion polls.
“Give us Brian!”
Those with more education more likely to believe something they know nothing about. Figures. But I do not trust a Fox News poll in any event. Plus I don’t want government by poll.
Everything the republicans are doing is sending a message that gives credibility to Ford’s accusations. It is time to call a spade a spade.
Good thing this isnt mob rule. A majorty of americans polled in the 1930s agreed that all blacks should be shipped to Africa and all Jews sent back to Europe. Without both of them, Id be writing this in German, if at all.
My poll result is that most people are idiots.
Look at the dates on this poll. It was done BEFORE Buzzy Ford’s story began to unravel.
Obviously the new Fox owners are pro abort. As others point out the poll hasn’t moved much since the allegations came out. Margin of error.
Why is Fox even taking a poll?
thought i read something the other day that maybe 25% believed the drunk ?
Are these the same pollsters who told us Hillary had a 97 percent chance of winning the 2016 election?
What's the opinion of those in West Virginia, North Dakota, Indiana, Maine and Alaska?
