Sources on Capitol Hill tell Fox News they are now preparing in earnest for the Thursday hearing, which is likely to push a confirmation vote on the Senate floor beyond October 1, the start of the next Supreme Court term.

That is ridiculous, the word is now out about the for witnesses Ford named that don’t back up her story. The GOP is now the reasonable ones who wanted to give her a chance to tell her story. This is going to end with a win for the GOP as long as comments like the one you are making aren’t picked up

There are no agreements until there is a real agreement that includes all issues. The negotiations continue and they are still in delay mode on the Democrat side. I predict that the vote will occur before we see the famous Dr. Ford and she will never testify under oath.
I don’t know. Somehow I think something will turn up at the last minute to create a further delay.
Oh please. He didn't do anything when she leaked the transcript of Glenn Simpson's Congressional closed-door interviews without advising him. None of the Republicans have said a word about her having a long-time Chinese spy in her employ, or questioned her ability to sit on the Committee. They're gutless wonders.
In the end- Grassley will give into all the other crazy demands as well.
