A tentative agreement for a Thursday hearing with Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh and Christine Blasey Ford has been reached, a source with knowledge of the discussions told Fox News.

So if the “hearing” is Sept. 27 and a vote is taken that dat; no final Senate vote can be taken until Oct. 4, three days after the new session of the court begins. More likely the vote wouldn’t be until Sept. 28 or Oct. 1, and the final Senate vote may not be until Oct. 8.
