Yesterday evening, Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) gave attorney Debra S. Katz an ultimatum - agree to reasonable testimonial terms for her client and alleged sexual assault survivor Professor Christine Blasey Ford by 10:00 PM Friday or the Senate would go ahead and vote on Monday to confirm Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. In return, Katz accused the senator of establishing an "arbitrary" deadline and flatly declined to comply with his request and instead asked for one more day. Shortly after midnight, Sen. Grassley agreed to give Katz and her client one more day.

What Grassley SHOULD have done was announce a team was on it’s way to depose her since travel is difficult and uncomfortable for her, and tell her lawyers when they’d arrive. If they refused, she’d have been exposed as the fraud she is.
Now they’ll have to figure out where on I-40 to meet up with her. Maybe in ABQ and Saul Goodman can represent her for the meet up.
Gotta say you have a point there...
So where’s the letter that he is demanding from Feinstein?
Maybe they could meet at a Bigfoot museum out west somewhere. That way she could make news again as having sighted one and been attacked. ;-)
That is what Reed and Pelosi did. They knew how to get their people in line to vote and support whatever they wanted. Not our party, we always have a few grand-standers out there.
Two women GOP who hold the power of their vote on the Judge, if they were threatened would go to the media and tell all- then switch parties.
Flaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaake!!!!!!!!!!!
Katz is playing Grassley, the Senate and the GOP like a fine violin.
Just one more sign of how weakened the FBI DoJ and Senate have become..
and how they have become corrupted from internal forces, not foreign..
and how full of morons CONgre$$ and the media is today.
Leadership so weak and ineffectual, Trump is being cheated of his true legacy.
Not real.
I don’t think thongs were common in the early 1980s.
” He does not have the votes to confirm. “
Flake or Collins.
Grassley is the chairman. He needs to step up and show leadership, shut down the games, call out the dems and Ford and Katz for their stalling tactics. Go on friggin’ offense! And Trump needs a sit-down with the waffling republicans on the committee.
Using all caps, bolded fonts does not change the simple fact that this it complete BS. Debunked. You can even debunk it yourself in less than 5 minutes.
I’ll give you a headstart:
Justice Gorsuch was confirmed to the Supreme Court on April 7, 2017 and he was sworn in on April 10, 2017. He participated in oral arguments on April 18, 2017 in the case of Ricky Henson, et al., petitioners v. Santander Consumer USA Inc. The case was decided on June 12, 2017 with Mr. Gorsuch writing the majority opinion.
So knock this off, it only takes a few minutes to discover a few simple facts like this.

At least one or two GOPers are holding up the vote with plans to vote NO. What do you expect Grassley to do???
______________
I hope the two P.M deadline is part of a concession to the RINOs, coupled with a commitment that they will then vote for Kavanaugh.
Grassley has already scheduled the committee vote on Kavanagh for 10:00 AM Monday. Everyone knows Ford won’t show. Grassley can keep giving her extended deadlines all weekend. Who cares?
Good luck.
Incumbents are hard to flush.
They designed the system that way.
Very easy to do when your opponents are spineless, gutless, ball-less freaks of nature.
You have a moronic attitude.
You are a waste of bandwidth.
