This is your last chance, really. The committee will vote if you don't agree to testify. Really this time.

Call it “The Reid Option” when you do it, too.

It seems that repubs have 51 votes. Kavanaugh gets in and the dems have a campaign issue. Then we will see how it plays.

Another weak cave. Grassley has in effect given in to her demands to cancel the hearings on Monday and moved it to Wednesday which is only a day short of the Thursday she asked for. How pathetic is that.
Senator Grassley, where is your spine?

We shall see what develops.

It’s about time they called her bluff. I predict she will not come and testify.

She won’t appear. Her Democrat minders have figured out that they can’t take the risk of putting her under oath on live TV. She’s a Wackadoodle. While Whelan’s theory has been withdrawn by Whelan himself, the Dems checked it out and found out that he has stumbled into the truth. This is over.

Finally. They better not back track on this deadline. Hopefully the weak-kneed Flake, Corker, Collins don’t go all wobbly.

For months, the Democrats have been using a tactic where a two-bit judge anywhere in the country can jump up and paralyze the administration. Their new tactic is to use any random person. No need for a judge.

What is missing in this discussion is an honest debate about the Statute of Limitations.
No country and no economy can function normally if every person and every organization is vulnerable to the perpetual threat of accusations or litigation.
