Investigative reporter Sara Carter told Lou Dobbs Wednesday evening that sources told her the DOJ and FBI will defy President Trump’s declassification order and deliver the Carter Page FISA docs and other records related to the Russia probe to the White House next week WITH REDACTIONS.
On Monday, President Trump went scorched earth and ordered an immediate declassification of Carter Page FISA docs. Trump also ordered the DOJ to publicly release all text messages WITHOUT REDACTION relating to the Russia investigation from James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Bruce Ohr, Lisa Page and Peter Strzok.

You don't think Sessions is running the DOJ do you? Sessions is a coward and he is hiding under his desk. Notice the Rats did not even CC him a copy of the letter. Rosenstein is the head man at DOJ.

As far as the FISA application goes, Congress already has the full unredacted copy. Trump has already declassidied it. It doesn’t matter what DOJ does in the “official” release with redacted sections. Sicne it is no longer classified, any member can go to the floor and have it irt read and submitted into the Congressional record.
We are living in extraordinary times.

Of course the DS is trying to force POTUS into that position so they can impeach him for obstruction of justice. My thought is to just have Dan Coats, the DNI, to collect the docs and deliver them to the WH.
If the GOP holds on to Congress in the midterms then DJT can exercise his famous saying, 'you're fired!'

Why is the “acting” Assoc AG, Jesse Pannuccio, still “acting” after the 210-day limit? The person in this position would take over for Rosenstein. It should’ve been taken over by (Senate-confirmed) Solicitor General Noel Francisco yesterday.

§3345. Acting officer
(a) If an officer of an Executive agency (including the Executive Office of the President, and other than the General Accounting Office) whose appointment to office is required to be made by the President, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, dies, resigns, or is otherwise unable to perform the functions and duties of the office-
(1) the first assistant to the office of such officer shall perform the functions and duties of the office temporarily in an acting capacity subject to the time limitations of section 3346;

(a) Except in the case of a vacancy caused by sickness, the person serving as an acting officer as described under section 3345 may serve in the office
(1) for no longer than 210 days beginning on the date the vacancy occurs;

Delicious. Announce that Flynn will be TCB and people in DOJ, CIA. FBI will be either chartering planes for non-extradition destinations, or simply putting a dent in the DC inventory of Depends.
I would love to see Flynn come out on top after all they’ve put him through.

That includes all high level FBI/DOJ leadership, and that's just for starters.
Time to pull the plug on the swamp and let the chips fall where they may.

Waiting on he sidelines, with their collective fingers in the wind trying to decide whether the public will support Trump. If the public supports him, they will reluctantly make some pathetic show of support - leading from behind. What they want, however, is to rid themselves of this outsider who threatens to do away with their secret handshake and codes.
