The former classmate of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, who was said to have been in the room when Kavanaugh allegedly sexually assaulted a woman decades ago, has told senators he will not testify at next week's hearing.
Mark Judge wrote in a brief letter to Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) and Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) that he "did not ask to be involved in this matter nor did anyone ask me to be involved."
"In fact, I have no memory of this alleged incident," he wrote.
Christine Blasey Ford has said that Judge was in the room at a high school party in the 1980s when Kavanaugh held her down on a bed and tried to remove her clothing. According to Ford, Judge pulled Kavanaugh off of her while he was attempting to take off her swimsuit.
Senate Democrats earlier Tuesday called on Judge to testify at the hearing scheduled for Monday.
This smear has no corroboration and for members of the tribe, "may your name be inscribed in the book of life."
Need to sign off, now
Were these her actual statements? LOL... I haven’t
been following this story much due to
time constraints but this is amusing!!!
It is my understanding that there were four boys and two girls, Ford being one of the girls. The story keeps changing and is hard to keep up with.
Some "party"...4 boys and 3 girls, in my day, wouldn't have been called a "party"! :-)

My wife does...............

Winning post right here!
Yup. Sounds to me like he gave the right answer.
If subpoeaned, I can’t recall seems to work pretty well too.
Sounds like a Sausage Fest, not a party.
That has always puzzled me. How can someone like him testify about the accusation, other than he was not there and it never happened. What more is there to say or explain?
Same goes for Kavanaugh.
So get up there and testify that you have no recollection of that ever happened. The Dems will rake you over the coals but the Republicans will stick up for you..
He ‘has no memory of this incident’ because it never happened.
Lots of room in that statement for a lawyer to get him to concede that it could have happened and that his memory is faulty or he also was drunk.
Lunacy.
“I didn’t do it’ becomes true if and only if a democrat says it; in the case of a conservative, it means he ‘might have done it’ and forgot and been drunk or stoned or... whatever.
nfortunately, the !@(#*ing Republicans dont have enough balls between them to even call this blatant political hit-job what it is - including Rush and Hannity, for heavens sake, who are jumping up and down and pretending to take this womans accusations seriously and calling for a fair hearing.
***********************************************************************
Hannity yes, I agree....he was acting stupidly on radio today. Trying to be PC....Rush , on the other hand is really PO’ed about this...ended his show with an emphatic “ this is CRAZY” ( or the like)....Never heard Rush say anything like Hannity has...( and I’m still mad at Rush for not being on the Train from the get-go.) Maybe good-cop-bad-cop with those 2?
Who knows, the story keeps changing.
Yep.
Yes, but not the number of girls at the party; that number has been the same throughout.
That's pretty common. You dry off the bathing suit a bit and put the clothes back on. I did it many times in HS and it's not too different as a guy. Her keys were in her pocket? Or her purse she grabbed heading out the door.
I think your major questions are better. e.g. how did you get home, how far away was home, etc. The problem with the most questions is that she has been practicing the answers with sympathetic therapists since 2012 and drumming the answers into her mind. Plus she is not going to stumble over a couple details, she'll just say she doesn't remember and the Dems will interrupt the questioner.
We don't know if she had pockets and/or a purse.
How did she get there?
Why didn't she call her parents when she found out that no adults/parents were at home?
Did she know that no parents would be there?
How did she get home?
Who invited her?
She was NEVER a friend of nor part of the group of friends of Kavanaugh's, so why was he and Judge there? Though both deny ever being at this party.
Her husband had never heard this story, until they went to couples therapy!
Was she using this story to get out of some situation/problem/s that she and her husband were having?
Her story has never passed the smell test!
Though both deny ever being at this party.
She can't name a year for the party, or location, so the only denial they can make was they were never at a party "like the one described".
