Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh and the woman accusing him of sexual crimes during a party when the two were teenagers will testify in public on Monday.

The public hearing could be pivotal to Kavanaugh's confirmation, which was on a glide path until Christine Blasey Ford came forward publicly with her accusations on Sunday.

Notice the stethoscope since she’s a ... Ph.D in psychology and neve ruses one.>>>>>

Her youthful drunken escapades indicate that the stethoscope is used to take the pecker pulse of her male clients during counseling.

I enjoy watching them fail, lose all credibility, and look stupid, where they must testify under oath, be cross-examined by expert lawyers, and on national TV. If they didn’t have to do this, there would be no bounds to what they could destroy with insinuation, innuendo and calumny. Damn right I’m going to enjoy this showdown.

Fighting the forces of evil has to be fun. Otherwise, we’d just give in to them due to exhaustion. If it’s not fun, we must make it fun!

You're fantasizing and glamorizing something that isn't about to happen.

"EXPERT LAWYERS"? It's the Senators who will do the cross-examining and the accuser may not even show up.

Did you giggle and eat popcorn through the disgusting Borking of Bork ?

Some of the Senators are experience prosecutors. Ask Strzok how he liked it. If the accuser doesn’t show up, DiFi will have egg on her face, and there will be an immediate call for a vote, since the GOP committee members, including Flake, will have to react to being scammed so blatantly.

Back in the days of Bork, I was not yet conservative, though beginning to change. But to Dems, Borking Bork was a good thing. At any rate, what they did to Bork was civil compared to how they treated Thomas and how they’re now proposing to treat Kavanaugh.

But I’m not “giggling and eating popcorn” at the upcoming conflagration. I’m expecting a fight and looking forward to it. I want these people’s asses handed to them along with some other organs that they’ll miss even more. And it’ll be fun to watch, like a Rocky sequel.

Ford's lawyer and the crazy Dem Senators have already laid down the proscribed "laws" as to what kind of questions AND the way that they shall be allowed to be asked, on the GOPers, so of course they'll cave ( so they don't appear to be "bad" little boys ) and will treat Ford as though she is a deity, whose word may not be questioned, but lauded, and revered.

Your dreams of what will happen are fantasies and shan't be fulfilled.

Stop putting so much spice on your before-bed pizza, and you won’t have such bad dreams. Ford’s lawyers and the crazy Dem Senators are not as influential as you imagine, especially not after the previous week’s circus. Neither are GOP Senators so testicularly challenged as you think. Susan Collins has already stood up to, and gone public with, their attempts at intimidation and outright bribery, and she’s hardly a pillar of strength. Trump is rubbing off on them.

You're the one who is having fantasies and talking out of your arse.

I see reality and keep up with what's said; you do neither.

And assuming things about what I do, don't do, and/or what kind of dreams/imaginings I have, is something you shouldn't ever do.

You were a lefty not all that long ago; good for you that you woke up, but your disinterest re Bork, at the time, means that you have holes in your knowledge.

The Bork hearings were bad, the Thomas ones far worse, and what is now being done to Kavanaugh even worse than the Bork & Thomas stuff combined!

You think that this stuff is "new"?

Go read the book "ADVISE AND CONSENT" ( 1959 is when it was published! ) and/or see the 1962 movie of the same name!

Yes, the book and movie are fiction; however, based on fact.

And FYI...the probability of Ford ever showing up, to be questioned, is pretty slime.

The senators who grilled Anita Hill, such as Orrin Hatch, Arlen Spector, and Alan Simpson, were re-elected by their constituents. A Republican senator who did not, Robert Packwood, had his career ended by his own sexual misconduct. I see no downside to challenging this woman's allegations, which are more specious than what Anita Hill claimed that Justice Thomas did.

Damn straight. The voters want to see some bloodshed, if they’re as fed up with these pissants as I think they are. I think they’d gain support by body slamming the bitch a few times, especially if she starts crying.

The Bork hearings were bad because Teddy demagogued so shamelessly about Bork’s world view, and because, according to the Dems, he had an affirmative obligation to be progressive, and since he wasn’t in the forefront of any progressive cause, he had to be disqualified. That was bad, but it was attacks on his ideology and record. It was not about his personal life. Thomas and Kavanaugh went ugly that way.

“And assuming things about what I do, don’t do, and/or what kind of dreams/imaginings I have, is something you shouldn’t ever do. “

This from someone who presumed that I was eating popcorn and giggling during the Bork hearings, and that I intended to do the same this time.

I don’t assume anything. You imagine that you are seeing reality. I speculate as to the cause of that fantasy. If not spicy, greasy food, then what? Reefer?

Finally, all I said was during the Bork hearings, I was not yet a conservative. Of course, in your reefer haze, if that’s what it is, you imagine anyone not conservative is or was a “lefty”. Life is never that simple. Thought evolves, doesn’t just jump from one rigid mindset that you pre-define in retrospect to your rigid mindset.

If she doesn’t show up, that ends her case. If she does show up, she gets cross-examined, probably rigorously, and that ends her case. Her case ends, either way, and it’ll be fun to watch, either way.

Kennedy and others DESTROYED Bork, professionally and personally. The "sex" part was more subtle, though, focusing on his positions/ideology.

Then came the Thomas mess.

The Kavanaugh "treatment" is even beyond Kafkaesque!

Unlike you, I know what I'm talking about, actually do know the facts of the matter, and have clearly stated what anyone who is following this thing, also knows.

You are making wild assertions, heaping more and more calumny on me, which is the only "weapon" in your quiver. Pity that.........

You did post that watching this mess is "fun". It isn't and your imagined forthcoming glee, from watching the Dems being "bested" by GOP Senators going after Ford, IF she turns up ( which she won't! ), is opposite to what would have happened, due to the fact that NO MAN would now/is going to cross the line/rules re questioning, that the Dems threw down.

You need to stop imagining things about me and what will happen with Kavanaugh and the Senate; it's childish and silly.

Kennedy and others DESTROYED Bork, professionally and personally.

Bork was not destroyed at all. He just didn’t make it to the Supreme Court. He taught law at George Mason University and was a fellow at the American Enterprise Institute and the Hudson Institute, and published a number of scholarly works, most notably Slouching toward Gomorrah. All after he was Borked. Life goes on.

Boy, what a mess. He’s still sitting on the SCOTUS bench, and has the respect of his colleagues and legal scholars. What a mess./s

“The Kavanaugh “treatment” is even beyond Kafkaesque!”

You use the term without elaborating on how it applies to Kavanaugh’s situation. I suspect you don’t know what it means, although I can imagine you reaching for a wiki article on Franz Kafka about now. But that’s the sort of effect that reefer has on the mind. One just freely associates, rather than articulates.

I’m not even interested in using a “weapon” on you. You’re merely annoying. I intend to have a lot of fun at Mrs. Ford’s expense, whether she shows up or not, but especially if she shows up. You can do whatever you want.

Mockery is a highly potent weapon. My initial foray has run its course. The case can’t be made that he’s really Gerald Bostock all grown up, and she’s his wronged teenage babysitter. It no longer fits. So on to the next.

When one's name becomes a verb ( "BORKED" a 'LEWINSKI" ), you're reputation and in a way, your life is destroyed.

We read THE TRIAL in high school and I saw the movie, when it came out in the early '60s; probably long before you ever heard of either. So you can take your smarmy, stupid assumptions about me and what I know or don't know and shove them where the sun don't shine; along with all of your other, previously posted, asinine garbage.

I could, I suppose, post nasty assumption about you, but you're obviously the brain dead child, who has nothing else to post and most assuredly no ability to refute what I post; so that's all that you write.

"Mockery"? Did you just learn a new word? Well good for you! Though since Ford won't ever know about what you write and you aren't any good at writing anything in the least bit clever, it just might just turn out that your posts are the ones many of us shall mock.

She probably won't show up, so I guess that you'll have to resort to making things up; as is your wont.

“She’s been practicing the lie since the 2012 compaign. It is burned into her memory”

The lie was created when Romney was running, who had mentioned KAvanaugh’s namem just a matter of pulling it out of mothballs and reviving it now.

Like I said, annoying. Editorializing about my posts is also boring. If only you’d quit with the reefer for a few days, and objectively look at your tirades against me, you’d agree.

Right wing bloggers must mock their adversaries, invent innovative insults, parodies and jokes. Most of them, you are right, will be only of interest to ourselves. But the best mockery will rise to the top, reach the public and go viral. Maybe that mockery will be mine, maybe some other poster. And then the fun will be noticed by the objects of the mockery. For example the GIF of Donald Trump body slamming a man with a CNN logo for a head. That was a re-tweet of a humble blogger’s GIF by none other than POTUS himself.

Mocking the lefties is fun. It’s constitutionally protected. The lefties don’t know how to handle it. The more they rage against it, the more we can pour it on. If they try to shadow ban the mockery, or outright ban it, we can move it to a different platform. If they try to choke off the competition, the Trump administration can institute Anti-Trust litigation. The more they try to supress it, the more they will be mocked.

For that matter, mocking you is fun, too. It’s like having a little brother to tease again. You take it all so seriesly. If you want to mock me back, as you ‘threaten,’ go right ahead and try. Then you might not be boring any more.

I leave you with a parody of yourself: I’ll have you know, sirrah, that I’ve read all of Shakespeare, Ezra Pound’s Cantos, and the entirety of Coleridge’s Biographia Literaria. I also studied six languages, two of which are no longer spoken. How dare you suppose that I just now learned the word “mockery”. Foresooth, thou art a pompous villain. SNIFF! SNORT! HARRUMPH!

But I’d rather mock leftards. They are the enema of the people, and they keep trying to insert themselves where the sun don’t shine. If Mrs. Ford the party animal doesn’t show up for the hearing, she must be mocked from sea to shining sea. If she does, every word she says must be mocked all the more. Mockery is fun, legal, and contagious. It’s the secret of Rush’s success.

That's just pathetic; you've totally lost it; though, truth be told, you never "had" anything at all.

Go run off to your safe space and eat the crayons; that's the level of inanity that you're best suited for.
