Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh has hired an attorney amid fresh allegations of sexual misconduct while he was in high school, according to CNN.
Citing multiple sources, CNN reported that Kavanaugh has hired Beth Wilkinson, a founding partner of Wilkinson Walsh + Eskovitz, a trial and litigation law firm in Washington, D.C.
Wilkinson represents clients before the Department of Justice, Congress and other government agencies, according to her bio page. Kavanaugh said Monday that he is willing to testify in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee against Christine Blasey Ford, the woman bringing the allegation forward.
Wilkinson did not immediately return a phone call from The Hill requesting comment.
In addition to her career as a defense lawyer, Wilkinson is also known for successfully prosecuting Oklahoma City bombers Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols for their roles in the April 1995 bombing that left 168 people dead.

Fantasy can be a powerful driving force. This one, with all the snakes she has in her head, we are supposed to believe, while some 60 women, willing to sign their name to a missive, attest to the good character and otherwise sterling qualities of Brett Kavanaugh, yet they are dismissed out of hand.

It takes a long time to gain respect of one’s peers.. of wife or husband, of your own children. It takes a lifetime sometimes.. and one bad hit and it’s gone..
A man lives a good life for 30 years... he serves his country, he is loyal to his wife, he loves his kids, he is honest, he has helped others along the way, he is respected with all who have worked with him and for him.. there is a man who stands for integrity. He has never stepped over the line in anything that is contrary to a good man’s beliefs.
That man is a made up example.. it’s not Judge Kavanaugh.
This man has been accused of an incident when he was in high school. First .. no highschooler has any sense and can’t be held to an incident that no one complained about for 30 years, and an incident that was forgotten and forgiven by a Higher Power.
I had incidents in high school where boys (that’s all a 16 yr old male is.. a boy) over friendly a time or two and was put in his place.. and though I remember .. they don’t. I was at my class reunion and those “boys” were shakng hands, complimenting me... those silly incidents never came up.
This man, forgiven and living a life way past 16 yrs old.. no one complained then or since.. it was forgotten.
Then this woman became a hard left female.. one that I can’t stand.. one a woman becomes when she has not found her happiness in her hate.. and takes it out on others. And Oh, by the way.. she saw a guy she knew, about to take a position where he would have he ability to rule against her and her hate filled agenda.. killing babies.. and she, not having the power she would like.. to take over and spread her hate agenda.. she sees this man as in the other corner.. beliefs she has no idea about. She has a chance to go after him and be the big shot. shoot him down to below her. and she will have had her day.. she won’t be any happier because of it.. but she will have hurt another person.. that is all that matters.. if she can’t be happy and at peace, then no one can.
She’ll show everyone... she’ll get her revenge.. just watch!
And THAT is what a woman becomes when she sets out to be the “man” of the house and show everyone! and is a failure to her own self.
The White House want’s her to testify at the hearing. Tells me they have enough evidence to impugn her credibility.
Before this is over I wouldn’t be suprised to see that many male students were given “opportunities” to improve their College class scores by doing some extra credit stuff.
Sounds like a great GOFUNDME plan.
100,000 dollars to the first student to come forward that this skank shagged for extra credit. Half mil to the one that refused and there was retribution.

This is not a closed room. There was an FBI investigation. This is not an opportunity to talk about difficult matters privately or in a closed environment. This is a circus. It's a national disgrace.

My gut tells me his accuser will back out and not testify..and leave the dems hanging out to dry...

A lawyer sells their expertise in applying the law to situations, and good/great lawyers will take cases from all across the spectrum. From what I have read, she is well qualified in what she does. If he hasn’t checked her record for integrity in representing clients, then he is indeed acting foolishly.
However, I do not see that as a likely situation.
Time will tell - and I sincerely hope she is a bulldog with integrity.
It is a good idea. She’s a hired gun, a dang good lawyer, and relentless. She also knows the enemy. Think it’s a great pick.
