You release them sequentially and at the proper time. If everything were released now, the media would wipe it away in 30-60 days.
It has to be timed for maximum impact and lasting damage, (think elections).

The Deep Staters aren’t just the top Federal Obama hold-overs. It’s fed and state bureaucrats from top to bottom. They hide behind civil service protection and use the unconstitutional administrative state to prey on the public. Disgusting.
