The top Democrat on the Senate Judiciary Committee said Thursday that she received a letter from an individual about Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh and referred it to federal investigators.
I have received information from an individual concerning the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court, Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) said in a statement.

Thanks for the pay wall
Where is Nina Totenberg? I won’t believe it unless it comes from Nina Totenberg, and even then I won’t believe it,
I can’t believe they’re going there. Watch McConnell’s chins start wobbling.
Kavanaugh’s nomination is now dead. This is the only excuse that Flake, Corker, Collins and Murkowski needed to kill this and stick it to Trump.
They better vote on Kavenaugh in the committee next week and vote in the whole senate by the end of the month. DO NOT play the rats game with this.
Rush just said it’s bring reported as a girl from his High School days! LOL!
That’s strange, I’m not getting a pay wall, and I certainly don’t pay for the Compost.
Oh please.
Probably a crazy liberal California woman who saw/recalled herself going to the same high school as him and now wants to make something up.
High school, eh? I’m surprised it’s not kindergarten.

He must have murdered her! Otherwise, surely the statute of limitations would have run out on rape, French kissing or bra-snapping, right?
delaying tactics for coming election. Its a tactic based on a fabricated attack.
I don’t see how the FBI would look at it at all... anything from high school would have long ago expired from the statute of limitations (except murder)... why would the FBI look at any crime that can’t be prosecuted?
Washington Post - suspect publication...
Senator Feinstein person who allowed a Chinese SPY as her DRIVER for 5 years.
IDIOTS in our government trying to foul things up...
Yes, and why should any FBI time be given to her circuitous letter, taking time away from investigation that could be fruitfully spent on Feinstein's pal, the spy?
Why was the content of this letter not important enough to be handled normally years or even decades ago? Does that not imply that matter is insufficient for any prosecution and that this bout of Feinstein theatrics is a purely political hit?
They’re not looking at it. DiFI wants America to think they are.
Quote: “Oh please.”
Exactly, I will have the same reaction but these “Republican” Senators are always so willing to accept the premise of the other side and then play defense.
