President Donald Trumps budget chief, Mick Mulvaney, expressed confidence to Republican donors Saturday that the party would overcome a Democratic movement of hate in November, but he acknowledged Republicans could lose races where they have nominated candidates who are not seen as likable enough, like Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas.

“That hes actually in a tight race in Texas with a far-left seditionist goes to demonstrate how weak a candidate he is.”
I’m a Texan and I understand Texans. You are relying on fake news. This race will be a landslide, watch and see. The media always tells us that their latest darling is in a “tight race” with our side, then when the votes come in - the races are not tight at all. Look at our latest governor’s race. Wendy Davis was supposed to win according to the polls. I honestly think they polled the employees of the news rooms only.
Ted Cruz is safe in Texas. We are conservative. He is a strong conservative. If we voted with only our emotions rather than our values, then there may be a problem. But we don’t. The only “blue wave” you are going to see in Texas is the blue wave of liberal tears.
FYI, Here’s a news story telling us that Greg Abbott had only a 1 point lead over Wendy Davis in a late September poll. BTW, he won by 20 points.
Graham is one PDJT better watch as well. McCain taught him well. Remember McCain was all in for PDJT till he was elected and the stab him in back over and over.
NBC.
How many times must people prove to people like you that qualification has been negated and nullified? Dozens of times throughout the years. Your ignorance of the constitution is appalling.

If he didnt conduct himself the way he did in 2016, probably nobody here would even think of making fun of him.
But he was very generous at 3 am with the condoms and cheese.
And yeah, if I were in TX Id vote for him. Politics, bedfellows... It gets a little messy.
Oh. Right. Because there's no such thing as an "anonymous" Trump advisor. Whenever the Fake News Media can stoke division between or amongst Republicans, they are more than happy to name names.
And Reince Priebus fell for it hook, line and sinker.
I like Ted Cruz. I just believed that he didnt have what it would take to defeat the Evil Witch. If you want to beleive the polling by the LSM, then do so. Get out there and vote this November. Keep these Progressives locked in their Mammas basements!
“Trump is not the most likeable person either.”
I beg to differ. His rallies are like the book that you can’t put down. I can’t wait to watch them on YouTube and amazingly, I don’t fall asleep, I don’t drift off into my own thoughts, and I don’t hit the mute button. For me, that is saying a lot - I don’t normally do well listening to speeches, lectures, sermons or info-mercials.
The fact is, he is likable, despite the non stop narrative that he is obnoxious.
Sure, I see the quirks and behaviors that his detractors fixate on. I see what they are seeing when they mock him and hate him - but not do not agree they are mock worthy or hate worthy. They hate him first and then find things in his personality to justify that hate.
Trump could do a personality and style makeover and eliminate every single one of his offensive behaviors and the haters would simply find other things to hate him for.
Then there are the likers, like me. And there are a lot of us, our numbers growing exponentially each day. We see the same quirks but we like him.
Trump books the largest venues possible - stadiums, airport hangars, etc. and he fills them to capacity with an equal number gathered outside. Mile long lines forming days ahead of time - and it’s just him they are coming to see, not some popular rock star.
Other politicians can’t do that.
Trump is far from unlikeable.
.
This is stupid!
It isn’t even close to what he said.
.
This is why everyone is making fun of you!

conservative98 has been trolling for a long time on this nonsense.
I would suggest that you both go back and listen to the whole disgraceful speech and the link below has CNN’s commentary at the end.

The train of comments of the video, dated the day of and the day after, prove my recollection correct. It was a breathtaking backstab, and should have earned him an exit visa from the GOP.
That said, I do think that Cruz would do himself a whole lot of good if he launched his 2018 campaign with something like an "I was wrong" campaign. If Cruz begins with apologizing for his 2016 speech, admitting that Donald Trump achieved breathtaking results improving the economy, and vowed to get behind him 100% in implementing the remainder of the agenda through 2020, he'd all but wrap up the Texas vote.

They seem to like him in Texas. Hes no Trump though, or even a Pence. But he does give one hell of a speech.
“How many times must people prove to people like you that qualification has been negated and nullified? Dozens of times///”
I know of two.....could you list the
dozens of other Presidents that were NOT Natural Born Citizens? You opened your mouth so educate me.....
Seems to me that despite your assertions the Constitution is still the Supreme Law of the Land. Article II was enacted for reasons valid even today. It’s still in effect despite the lawlessness of the 2008 elections. Just look what ignoring Article II has wrought!
Can it be changed?? Of course...there is a procedure for doing so. That has not happened. Nullification??? Only in your mind could the Constitution be Nullified...not mine or in the greater majority of Americans.!
It is ridiculous how the Republicans have such loose lips and the Democrats always March in lockstep no matter what.
Even Melania contradicts the President in press releases. I can’t believe the lack of Republican discipline. It’s amazing Trump won but we can pat ourselves on the back for that.
