Abortion supporters twist Kavanaugh’s words on contraceptive mandate case
Live Action ^ | September 7, 2018 | Carole Novielli

Abortion enthusiasts continue to use old scare tactics (and outright lies) that are designed to drive one result: peel off support for Trump’s Supreme Court nominee, Brett Kavanaugh. Their narrative is simple: if a Constitutional originalist gets on the Supreme Court, then hundreds of thousands of women will die from illegal abortions (a lie thoroughly debunked here) and the court will make contraceptives illegal. This narrative is, of course, false.

The pro-abortion strategy seems to be to twist facts using skewed and inaccurate headlines which point readers to a false conclusion. Their latest claim is that Judge Brett Kavanaugh referred to all birth control as “abortion inducing drugs.” Except… that claim isn’t true. Here’s video of what Judge Kavanaugh actually said:

Sen. Cruz: Another case you were involved in as a Judge is that you wrote a dissent from denial in rehearing… Priests for Life case. Can you tell this committee about that case and your opinion there?

Judge Kavanaugh: That was a group that was being forced to provide certain kinds of health coverage over their religious objection to their employees.

And, under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, the question was first, was this a substantial burden on the religious exercise. And, it seemed to me, quite clearly it was. It was a technical matter of filling out a form. In that case, they said filing of the form would make them complicit in the provision of the abortion inducing drugs that they were, as a religious matter, objecting to.

So we are back to the idea that Republicans want to ban contraception?

Reminds me of when George Stephanopoulos asked Republican candidates in a debate if states can ban contraception.

Where’s Sandra Fluke nowadays?

Do I want to get in people’s bedrooms?

An act like gay sex will always be in se malum to me because no secular law can impute moral quality something that will always remain immoral.

But because I believe whatever people do in the bedroom is their personal business in spite of my objections to it, I tolerate it because I too, cherish human dignity.

But my take on toleration is different from liberals; it means getting along with other people with whom we have differences, but not accepting as a consequence we have to approve of them.

Abortion supporters are genocidal murder-advocates and traitors to the United States of America. That they also lie is no surprise.

Liberals think everything people tolerate is the same as approving of it.

This where conservatives part company with them. Not everything human beings do is okay or to which we should lend our consent.

To agree with them on that means right and wrong lose all meaning.

It has been proven that alive unborn only half-way to their birthday can learn. The demoncrap party’s constituencies will tell any lie, float any deception, to protect their rite of murder which is the most fundamental value of the Democrats. That so many continue to support and vote for such demoncrats is a sad commentary on where Americas has slumped to. A political party which demands the right to murder alive unborn children is the devil’s own spawn.

Why doesn’t the baby get a right to vote? Why doesn’t a baby get an attorney appointed? Why doesn’t a baby get a day in court? Why doesn’t the father have so say in the murder of his child?

It’s the same as the old “Republicans are going to take away your social security” lie.

Because some judges decided that an unborn baby isn’t a “person” in the legal sense.
