MINNEAPOLIS (AP) Federal authorities say they have recovered pair of ruby slippers worn by Judy Garland in "The Wizard of Oz" that were stolen from a Minnesota museum 13 years ago.

At least they still look the same, I was worried they’d been recovered in zebra.
Did they find them in Chappaqua?
Kind of a sparse article.
WHERE were they recovered? Who had them?
??????
Even though the story has been out there for several days, these questions have yet to be answered.
Probably locked away by some wicked queen.
I wonder if Josh Gates was updated since doing Expedition Unknown episode about the missing slippers... and their recovery.
Laz! Your shoes have been found!
I’m lost. They don’t say anything about how or where they recovered them. Did they just find them somewhere random without any clues as to who took them?
The FBI’s synopsis of the Wizard of Oz:
Girl and dog travel to strange land, and kill the first person they meet by blunt force injury. After an overdose on opioids, along with co-conspirators, she later kills again in the course of a home invasion robbery.
Around 35 years ago, I took my Daughter to “Dorothy’s House” in Liberal, KS. They found a house in the country which was a dead ringer for the one in the movie, moved it onto city property and created a little tourist site.
My Daughter got me to get her a ruby slipper at the gift shop. A shrewd lady there suggested that she needed two to click them together.
Yes, watched it a couple of nights ago.
Had an updated ending where they showed the recovered shoes.
Also liked finding out about why they were not as “Ruby” as they once were.
After swearing that the first murder she committed was an accident, Dorothy proceeded to commit a second murder, and promptly swore that that one was an accident too.
Shep Smith was wearing them going into his CNN makeup room and someone narced on him. They snatched them away and ran to give them to the authorities.
Shep went on triple his usual Xanax dose but you could still see his mascara running with the tears welling, thanks to digital TV these days.
Anything you read to the contrary is fake news.
Smith did refer that the slippers were ‘fabulous’.
I saw a fan describe Lana Lang from Smallville.
“Cheerleader, Coffee shop Owner, Murderer!
That made it all worthwhile. Sniff. Sniff.
Shep so fagulous!
