Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said Thursday he expects Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh will be on the bench by the court’s first day in October.
Mr. McConnell sang Judge Kavanaugh’s praises during an interview with conservative radio host Hugh Hewitt, and said he expects him to be confirmed before September ends.
“I think any doubts anybody might have had have been dispelled by his virtuoso performance before the Judiciary Committee,” he said. “I mean, it’s stunning. He’s just a stellar nomination in every respect.”
Mr. McConnell did weigh in on the dramatic show made by Sen. Cory Booker, New Jersey Democrat, during the hearing on Thursday.

Kavanaugh will get unianimous Republican suppprt. The only is whether Res State Democrat senators will break with their party to confirm him.

*Now Judge K. Yertle is very careful not to overpromise.

Now B!tch, there are currently SEVEN vacancies on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and you have THREE nominees to vet. So while it’s nice that you’re moving ahead with Kavanaugh, you have these people to put on that $hit hole court along with nearly 200 other judgeships you need to address. So GTFO and do your job!
I just hope at the end of the day we find that his wife, Elaine Chow, is the “unnamed person” who is trying to thwart Trump, because B!tch could not withstand that sort of disloyalty and would have to go along with his wife.

They couldn’t make him sound or look extreme.

That’s why it’s not her. She has too much to lose, plus she’s got more self-discipline than to shoot herself in both feet & Mitch in the head. I also think she would write in a more ‘educated’, organized fashion than the actual subversion piece.
I can't even imagine what they will do when RBG dies (or any liberal judge retires/ dies) and DJT names a replacement . Their behavior on this nomination has been so extreme- what more can they do? Their heads are going to explode.
