This will give Susan Collins, et. al. a reason to NOT vote for Kavanaugh. As usual the swamp works hand in glove.
It takes a 2/3s vote to expel someone from the Senate. Yeah Booker can do what he wants with no consequences.
The difference is that leaky leahy has limited mental capacity and basically wouldn't remember his name if someone didn't remind him.

Booker went out on a major limb and might have been worth it for a “kill shot”/smoking gun document. He would have been lionized by the Left had he done that.

I read through them. There’s nothing there. Kavanaugh repeatedly talks about how the program should be race-neutral. It’s a nothing-burger. Booker should still be expelled, though.
What a circus.
Booker wants to be the Next Al Sharpton. Not President.

Think of the problems that would be solved if that was done.
Classified, schmassified.
If you are a low-level E-3 who leaves a safe open with classified information, prepare to take a pay cut & kiss a military career pretty much good-bye.
If you are a Senate-approved cabinet member, send your classified emails to an unsecure server for foreign nations to scoop up, then attempt to destroy evidence linking you to such things, prepare to collect donations for your foundation & run a presidential campaign.
Only the little people get slammed for mistakes with classified information. The phrase “Too big to fail” comes to mind.
