""BOMBSHELL! President Trump Was Right – Obama Must Have Signed Off to Spy on Trump if It Did Not Go Through FISA Court!""

President Obama must have signed off on FISA warrant to spy on candidate and President Trump! TGP reported over the weekend that it appears that the reason there was no FISA Court hearing on the Carter Page FISA warrant was because Obama’s Attorney General Loretta Lynch forced through the application per an obscure loophole in the law. We next reported this Labor Day morning that if this is correct, then likely AG Sessions or Rosenstein pushed through any extensions after President Trump took office. Now we’ve unlocked a bombshell and it’s worse! President Obama would have had to approve the Carter Page warrant per law in order for the spying to proceed without a court hearing. The rule is described on page 7 of 1978 FISA Act!

Yet I did not mean to imply that there is nothing to this. Because I think there is. Yet there is no bombshell because nothing has been proven. Yet.

That’s not what the statute says at all. It says the President may authorize wiretapping all on his own WITHOUT A COURT ORDER.

That’s obviously a bad thing. But it has nothing to do with FISA court hearings or the FISA court issuing an order without a hearing.

Re: Judges rubber stamp FISA warrants

Hard to believe that’s true.

Until we see some verifiable evidence, it’s just speculation in my opinion.

I remember watching the news about Europe in the 1980s where they were having massive corruption, malfeasance and evil in their political leadership.....I kept thinking: Why don’t the people fight back? Why do they just accept this?

Now, 40 years later, the people barely have enough to resist the migrant invasion planned by their political leaders and cannot throw they out of office. They just replace them with others who are only slightly different (like our RINO vs Democrats)

Now, it is happening to us.

"Bombshell? Okay, just put it over there, on top of the hundred bombshells from last month."

Much of what is being revealed is in fact Bombshell.

The problem is, nobody in a position of power to do anything about it really gives a damn. That, and there are multiple levels of the justice system, depending on who you are.

The swsmp is too vast, too deep for Trump to drain it alone.

it’s certainly odd that Sessions was AG when warrants were renewed.

also important this week, yet not getting much attention on FR:

2 Sept: RT: Desperate for collusion proof, FBI ‘tried & failed to recruit Russian oligarchs’ – report
FBI agents tried to turn Russia’s once-richest man into a US mole, according to an explosive NYT report. It claims that Oleg Deripaska was one of six oligarchs targeted for information in a Russiagate-related intelligence flop.
According to reports by the New York Times, the US government pushed oligarchs with perceived links to President Vladimir Putin for information...

Despite the US government’s repeated attempts to gather intelligence from him, Deripaska told the US Department of Justice that he had no information to provide. Sources told the NYT that Deripaska disagreed with the agents’ opinion that Russia had colluded with the US in Trump’s election campaign. He also slammed theories about Manafort’s alleged role as “preposterous,” even though the two men were involved in a “bitter business dispute.” He is also said to have notified the Kremlin about the US government’s failed efforts to recruit him.

It is understood that Justice Department official Bruce Ohr and former British spy Christopher Steele – who was responsible for the infamous Trump-Russia ‘dirty dossier’ – were involved in the attempt to turn Russian oligarchs into US informants...

If that wasn’t enough, Mueller and Oleg Deripaska have a history of working together.

If and when these “bombshells” ever go off I hope they take all of D.C. with them ( excepting Trump of course ). Or maybe the are just the shells of bombs with no powder.

It’s like they just keep doing these thing to see how much they can get away with. I’ll bet even THEY are surprised by it.

It’s no wonder they think so little of us.

I can certainly see Sessions finding this out and getting so scared he made an excuse to recuse himself so he can avoid this bomb.

If true, this is very good news.

Now Trump can fire Rosenstein with impunity and start the cleaning process at the DOJ.

Correct, it is up to US to replace the Bush League Republicans.
Even when Trump endorses them.

Agreed.

Unfortunately, it's going to take time to replace the BLR's because of the nature of our election cycles and how long we have to wait in between.

Electing Trump was just the first step and he can't be allowed to be impeached over nothing by a (D) controlled House.
