Upper Darby police say they've arrested a suspect accused of shooting the owner of a beer distributor.
Pablo Quintanilla, 24, was arrested Monday morning and is being charged with attempted murder. They say he is the one who opened fire inside the store on the 700 block of Garrett Road on Saturday night.
According to police, Quintanilla is in the country illegally. The native of Honduras was deported from Texas in 2015.
At some point, he returned and was in the country illegally living in New York.

Our Federal Government should be ashamed that through their lax/non-existant/ unobserved laws, this is happening, and then, at the same time they and the SCOTUS had been dragging their feet on the Second Amendment. Someone should sue all of them.
We don’t have to wait until they harm or kill Americans before illegal aliens can be removed.
Illegal presence is sufficient reason, we don’t have to give them a chance to commit more crimes.

No, those in the Federal government pre-Trump era, should be held criminally responsible. They never had any intention of securing our borders. They've encouraged, and aided and abetted this epic lawlessness for decades and should be charged and tried in criminal court. Will that ever happen? Doubtful, but that's what should happen.

Yes, and unless we get serious in November about electing real conservatives, and not the GOPe, they will stay on indefinitely and kill some of us while they’re about it. -the family members of the owner (who's of Vietnamese descent) did not close the store but are keeping it open AND they are working the store while the owner recovers in the hospital.
I'm sure there will be an avalanche of follow-up articles about how this is an example of how dangerous guns can be for owners when used against them.
Yes, maybe it’s for the best. Apparently, there is no motivation to remove ILLEGAL aliens from the country unless they keep killing American citizens. Any idea how the victim of this crime voted in the last election?
Would have been nice to have included that in the short paragraph. There’s just too much to have to go through each and every story; the highlights should be mentioned as in this case the suspect grabbed the gun, etc etc.

Yes, illegal aliens who are not supposed to be here are not supposed to possess firearms or even work or use fake documents or drive without a license and insurance.

That’s correct, and all the dead bodies, are acceptable collateral damage to them. They hate conservatives, more than they love their children.
