Seems possible you do not "see". Suggest you refine your perception and look deeper. He is surrounded by anti-Trump forces eager to dispose of him. It is important for him not only to id the extent of those forces but to id those who are trustworthy.
Meanwhile, even under the best of circumstances, it takes time to penetrate, thoroughly investigate and build solid criminal cases especially when the case continues to expand.
The people in charge of those agencies are his appointments. If he chose poorly, after saying he was only going to put the best and brightest in, then that’s his fault. Any failure is a reflection on him. A poor choice.
