PHILADELPHIA An arbitrator is sending Colin Kaepernicks grievance with the NFL to trial, denying the leagues request to throw out the quarterbacks claims that owners conspired to keep him out of the league because of his protests of social injustice.
Kaepernicks lawyer Mark Geragos tweeted a picture Thursday of a ruling by arbitrator Stephen B. Burbank.

best thing that can happen- here’s why...
i’m in the FB/scouting business for 20+ years..i know a LOT of people in the league including Kapernick’s former agent (a Jewish guy who was with him from the start who got fired when kapernick found BLM)...from the time he opted out of his contract with the Niners, kapernick has done nothing but burn bridges with people in the league- there were opportunities for him to work which he said “FU”....this will all come out in the lawsuit and will make kapernick look like the a-hole he is...
Her name’s not Yoko Ono, is it?
Because he had a well-deserved reputation of being extremely difficult to deal with, nobody picked him up, thus ending his career.
No 'collusion' involved. Everybody just knew he was an asshole. Sound familiar?
It can be in an anti-trust case, which I assume is the basis of this one, although it's civil not criminal. I would think that the owners would just have to show they had sound business reasons for not hiring him, it wasn't to keep him from being paid what he was worth.
No. And his low abilities will keep her from ever being seen as another one too.
Still... LOL
AND——CK & his SJW / BLM girlfriend have colluded to make life miserable for NFL owners.
A perfect example of loser should pay........CK should lose. I wouldn’t give him shelter if he was the last person on Earth.
When nobody wants to catch the hot potato, it is obvious collusion of those who prefer to not get burned by it....they are prejudiced against hot potatoes...
I wonder if Tim Tebow’s name will come up...
That's the spirit, turn a negative into a positive when the reality was that your baseball team only had 9 kids show up for tryouts........ :)
Hahaha!
