A Democratic lawmaker issued a startling warning to government officials involved in “illegal” deportations that they “will not be safe” from future punishment when Donald Trump is no longer president.
“If you are a US government official and you are deporting Americans be warned,” Arizona Democratic Rep. Ruben Gallego tweeted early Thursday. “When the worm turns you will not be safe because you were just following orders. You do not have to take part in illegal acts ordered by this President's administration.”

This post gave me an epiphany as to how the left views immigration. In short, this is a race, following the rules of “everyone is a winner” that they have subjected our children to. It does not matter where you start, or how fast you travel, or even if you pre-register for the race, as long as you cross the finish line (i.e., the border) you are a winner. The prize for being a winner is simple … you are automatically a citizen. The race organizers (government) and sponsors (citizens) have absolutely no say in who gets to be proclaimed a winner, only the participants. THAT is what we are fighting against. It has the exact same flaws as giving every child a trophy, including a lack of incentive for being the best, and a lack of respect for the lessons of the game (what it means to win and lose in our children’s sports, and what it means to be a citizen in our country in the immigration game).
Hey Sessions, wake your sorry ass up and investigate this threat against ICE.
