Yep, the prosecutors missed the ten day deadline. The judge was forced to release them.
That said, they can always be re-arrested....provided they haven’t absconded.

President Trump cannot reform our judiciary fast enough. We sorely need sanity on the benches in our courts to protect us from these animals!!!
Moreover, I hope the blue wave will manifest into one enormous toilet flush in November’s Midterms. The rotten RATS deserve to be dispatched to the nearest sewer system pronto!!

This was a useful exercise in determining how far muzzlimes can go without having to pay any penalties. Apparently, due to 2 judges who surely must have been near the bottom of their law classes, these muzzlimes found out that they can kill an innocent child and train others to attack and kill Americans, right within our borders.
