When John McCain, the longtime United States senator from Arizona died Saturday, lawmakers from Texas were quick to praise him for his years of service to the country, both in the military and in the Senate.
Former President George W. Bush said in a statement, "John McCain was a man of deep conviction and a patriot of the highest order."

He is right. McCain was a man of deep convictions, the problem is those convictions were not good for this country.
Bush Crime Family comrade.
Which is why my campaign and I slimed him in the 2000 South Carolina primary with false charges of an out-of-wedlock negro baby.
Haven’t heard the funeral plans. Wouldn’t be surprised if they stuff him and parade him around from city to city to maximize the PR here.
Oh go away and shut up, you wimpy hack GW Bush. Just shut up and go away. Please.
Guess he forgot to mention Juans hand-carrying the Fake Dossier to the FBI to sabotage the President. Imagine the FBIs surprise...since they had paid Steele to write it!
Critics dont like the brevity of the Presidents condolence message. It could have been shorter: Good riddance.
Bush League Republicans must become extinct before the Republic does.
Well we all hear lots of lies about the newly dead.
I dont like people lying about dead folks just to say nice things that are untrue.
W, what an utter disappointment you’ve turned out to be.
Like clockwork
Songbird John and His Merry Men
A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself.
For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear.
- Marcus Tullius Cicero
Voted against repeal of ObamaaCare. Hated Trump and said so Loud : no respect to him.
His body was sealed in a cast iron coffin with a small glass window near his head with a silver face plate covering the window that could be screwed and unscrewed into place. The coffin was taken by wagon and train around the eastern US. This way, the American people could say goodbye to the man who had staved off the Civil War twice with his compromises over slavery.
Unfortunately, the weather was unseasonably hot, and at one venue, when the silver face plate was unscrewed, it was decided that perhaps the plate should stay in place until his interment in Louisville.
LMAO.
Well, not convicted enough in this world.
I’m glad the jerk McCain was able to FAIL at seeking the presidency TWICE. Like his good friend across the aisle Mrs. Clinton. Four attempts, four epic failures.
Wow. Donald John Trump won first time out.
They despised him when he ran against Obama. Hypocrits.
Gosh, it’s hard to believe that it was only a year ago he made a big joke about his vote to save Obamacare. Giving the finger to Americans and making us continue to pay out the nose for insurance. And all just to be hateful to Trump.
He was a petty shameful man. Every aspect of his life was that of a grifter, a betrayer, a cheat, a crook (Keating).
The world will never know how many lives his activities in Syria and Ukraine killed and otherwise wrecked.
And as he faced death, with plenty of warning, he never released a work of warmth, kindness, tenderness, or anything revealing the slightest personal awareness of anything more important than him.
