Roger Stone Predicts Mueller Will Indict Donald Trump Jr. on Process Crime
Breitbart ^ | 24 Aug 2018 | Joshua Caplan

Veteran Republican operative Roger Stone predicts special counsel Robert Mueller will soon indict Donald Trump Jr. on a process crime.

Following the indictments of former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort and longtime Trump lawyer Michael Cohen, the Office of the Special Counsel is now reportedly zeroing in on Trump Jr., whom Stone alleges will imminently face charges for making false statements to Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agents.

“The special counsel is going to charge Donald Trump Jr. with lying to the FBI. Notice they’re not charging him for having an illegal meeting with a Russian at Trump Tower because there’s nothing illegal about that meeting,” Stone told James Miller of The Political Insider. “[P]ut more precisely, the only thing illegal about that meeting was how the woman got in the country, how she got a visa from the Obama State Department, and why she was meeting with an official from Fusion GPS before and after the Trump Tower meeting.”

I expect the DOJ to refuse that order. Yes, that’s how far afield we are from the rule of law. That’s how out of control the corrupt state is...

They refuse. Trump could sign a legal order to take documents by force if necessary.

“This must be what Jeff Sessions kicking the Deep State’s ass looks like.”

Good thing Sessions got a complete grip on the DOJ..like he says... the day he took the oath of office.

Eventually, probably in 2020, Mueller will issue his “report”. It will say “I can’t prove it, but I know Trump is a Russian asset”. That will be enough for the Dems.

“They refuse. Trump could sign a legal order to take documents by force if necessary. “

I believe the DOJ may provoke such a scenario. These people are out of control.

By all means, believe what the gaslight presstitutes tell you about Roger Stone. You can trust them.

It seems that something more than one person’s word against another would be needed in such a case.

That doesn’t mean a (corrupt) prosecutor wouldn’t rely on only a single witness. There is always the option to get two people to lie about the same “facts”, except a good defense attorney would know how to clean this fish. Unfortunately the (wrongly) accused pays a price, even if acquitted; to the prosecutor using public funds, it’s just a job. In either case, the prosecutor could lose in courtroom but not in the media and hence give his own corruption of the legal process the patina of legitimacy.

I think Sessions has a complete grip on his own weiner, assuming he even has one.

Careful...the criminal Mueller may indict everyone in the USA just to make sure he covers all possibilities . You heard it here first .

Mueller will use the threat of imprisoning Trumps family to force him to resign.
