Mollie Tibbetts Mollie Tibbetts, missing Iowa student, found dead In the statement, Craigs brother Dane Lang said he was shocked to hear Rivera had been charged with a crime.
This individual has worked at our farms for four years, was vetted through the governments E-Verify system, and was an employee in good standing, the statement read.

Of course Lang knew. A property search shows they have several trailers/metal buildings to house their employees.
Then this, “Neighbors said the building housed a ‘revolving door’ of hired migrant workers but that they had never caused any problems.” http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-6084291/Illegal-immigrant-held-death-missing-Iowa-student-Mollie-Tibbetts.html
Yeah. Short, weak bones, and deformed. Go for it
Had an employee who had been with us several years come in on day and casually announce that since he now had his papers he would like us to change the SS number and name he was using.
News to us as E-verify and the background check had come back clean.
He had bought the documents off some guy who had come here years ago, got his green card and, after working a couple of years, returned to Mexico. He then sold his papers to some other guy, all they had to do was get a DL in that name which is not hard and they were set.
Now that he had real papers he had sold that set to someone else. There is a major business in "real" fake papers.
Who are you trying to fool? Overall prices would come down. We wouldn’t need so many dairy products or any food items at the grocery store. We wouldn’t be paying out the nose for illegals’ education, health care, housing. We wouldn’t need to constantly be upgrading our infrastructure to accommodate them. California just might have enough water for their legal citizens.
All I saw on twitter was a tweet that she hated white people. That’s it. I’ve seen nothing else.
I’d have fired him on the spot and called the cops.
What’s really sad is the writing: I’ve got the rest of my life.
I just hope she wasn’t talking to this guy.
If your talking about the ones I deal with, I immediately call ICE to come and get them. HA ha ha. Actually, I processed them through so that they could get to work so the project would finish on time and on budget. To do anything else...well, I wouldn’t have had to deal with it anymore because I would have fired. Maybe not then, and maybe not for that, but I would have been fired.
I hate to appear illiterate. The “your” in my post should have been “you’re”.
E verify gave it the green light.
I never knew that...I agree, that is very odd.
Never having one come back, either? Only two choices there...perhaps the word gets around and they simply don’t go there to risk being rejected (good) or the system is a sham (bad!)
and...this illustrates the problem... having the moral courage to do the right thing means having the courage to face the consequences even if it means you get fired..all it takes for evil to triumph is for good people to do nothing. Sorry to be harsh..but that’s just the way it is... and yes I know what it’s like to suffer employment consequences for doing the right thing... it actually got our family sent out of the country for three years.
He was a good dog, he never did that before...
now there were those times when he growled at us a bit when we threatened to take his bone away... but they all do that
Yeah, well, sorry, but I’m not going to sacrifice my paycheck to get 10 illegals deported out of about 30 million (which probably wouldn’t happen anyway). If that makes me a coward, so be it. That’s reality.
That's what I bet happened here. In that case, is the name they've reported even his real name?
Thankfully we were not a unionized plant or we would have been forced to rehire him.
The cops told us there was nothing they could do as he was now legal.
Privately they said there would have been nothing they could have done if he was still illegal.
ICE was not interested unless he had committed a felony.
This was around 1998.
Point is E-verify does nothing except tell you the SS number and name match. But if they have a DL with that name on it, then they match.
From what I saw in her twits, a person she followed, or someone who followed her, on Twitter (I don't know how it works) tweeted something regarding an election of a pro-build-the-wall candidate in IA. She re-twitted his post, showing that white males and white females in that district, had basically voted overwhelmingly for this candidate who won. Her comment was in response to that twit, and she posted "I hate white people."
Irony can be so... ironic.
you said it, I didn’t... and the fact that many people don’t do the right thing is how we end up where we currently are.. what it also does mean is that you can’t complain about the situation because you directly profit from it, and are part of the problem.
