After three days of deliberations, the jury still had not reached a verdict on Monday evening, marking day 15 of the tax evasion and bank fraud case against Paul Manafort.
The jurors will reconvene Tuesday morning at 9:30 AM ET.

All it takes is one stealth deplorable and that jury hangs no matter how long they deliberate.

Oh yeah, the CNN Jury Tampering.
Mistrial? You can bet the jury knows CNN is tampering and basically threatening all of them.
The funniest part might be that because the jurors were barred from reading or watching news and such, they might not even know they were threatened.
Hard to read into this. It could also be it takes time to go thru 18
complicated charges.

How many hours have they deliberated? There are over a dozen charges.
I would expect charges of this nature to take at least a few days of deliberation. Don’t read anything into this at all.
Did they ask for anything today?
This is starting to look like a hung jury. If that happens Mueller might go shopping for a new judge and retry this, but I hope not.
Any lawyers want to weigh in here....is this a good sign or a bad sign for the defendant?
It’s almost impossible to do that....especially if a love one is living with them or calling on them for their well being. As in ‘hey did you know CNN was trying to get your name and info released?’ That right there will put fear in them
With 18 charges they have not deliberated that long.
It’s worth Manafort getting aquitted if it makes Mueller look bad.
Could just as easily be explained by disagreement on one or more specific charges, rather than a split that would lead to a mistrial. We shall see.
Don’t be fooled..it took 10 days for the jury to render their guilty verdict for Libby! I REALLY REALLY pray and hope for a hung jury!!
I hope it’s not a stealth deplorable but a legitimate reasonable doubt. Which is likely given that Obama’s DOJ looked at it and decided not to prosecute. It wasn’t until after Trump won that they decided to prosecute. And the prosecutions attempts at class warfare and introduceing irrelevant information shows how weak the prosecution’s case probably was.
I’m wondering why they were not sequestered. If Judge Ellis was getting death threats and had to have guards why in the world would he not denying motion for them to have the weekend off! It makes no sense unless the fix is In.
A hung jury is an acquittal.
No way they will try again as that would look partisan.
Wouldn’t it be a mistrial if they disagreed on just one charge? In the rest it would be guilty or not guilty. They could then retry the one charge.
He has eighteen counts against him. Could be deliberating how many to stick him with also.
