Broncos general manager John Elway created a stir Friday when he said Colin Kaepernick had a chance to sign with Denver but turned them down. Elway failed to mention that the Broncos wanted Kaepernick to take a major pay cut....
...Kaepernick seemingly responded to Elway's comments by retweeting a tweet comparing his career quarterback rating to Elway's rating:

Kap is desperate to compare 16 hall of fame seasons to 5, if thats what you want to call it. Ya had to dig deep to come up with that BS.
Elway is laughin his ass off.
Elway played in five SB. Won two
CK choked in only SB and lost
Cause he choked. Take a knee
.
>> “Elway played in five SB. Won two” <<
And manages a team that is almost always competitive.
I can’t remember the attribution for this but this sums up how the left operates:
Identity a respected institution
Kill it
Gut it
Wear its carcass as a skin suit and demand respect.
Elway went to 5 super bowls, almost 6.
Tebow would have gone to as many, and won more, if Elway hadn’t run him out of Denver. Elway was jealous as Tebow was easily eclipsing Elway’s mediocre stats. Tebow’s first start included a 40+ yard TD run that was longer than Elway’s longest gallops over 16 seasons.
Tebow’s TD to INT ratio was better than 2:1. Utterly untrue that he was inaccurate. He was throwing the ball away because offensive line was terrible in pass blocking. No one has ever been more mistreated by nfl or media than Tebow.
Any team that signs that di@khead is committing ticket revenue suicide. I thought Denver had smarter management than that.
loser...

Colin musta learned dat (w)hole maths.
I can’t happen fast enough.
I had Season Tickets for nearly 40 yrs. You won’t see my butt at Soldier Field no mo.
He should be ashamed of himself to have offered this creep a job.
Colin’s first game as a starter was the Thursday Night game in SF wherein he killed the Bears. Of course, we had not won a game in Frisco for about three decades.
Elway’s top 3 earning years: ‘93=$10MM; ‘96=$8MM; ‘98=$4.8MM
Kaepernick: ‘16=$14.3MM; ‘14=$13.1MM; ‘15=$12.1MM
Denver offer to Kaep to be a backup: $7MM
Whining about salary? What a loser
TMI
Forget the S B rings, how many wins does Elway have; how many winning seasons; how many come-from-behind wins; how many seasons; how many S B MVP’s; how many QB records.
Caepernick’s tweet is akin to saying I got an A on a biology quiz in High School, while a world-class brain surgeon finished retired with a B+ career rating.
Trying to imply you are better than a two time super bowl champ and hall of famer is just going to force people to mock you, Kap. Stupid choice.
True words
He won two games in his last season. Does that count?
