On Friday, Vice Chair of the corrupt Senate Intel Committee, Mark Warner (D-VA) said he will be introducing an amendment next week to block Trump from “arbitrarily revoking security clearances,” reported FOX News Congress reporter Chad Pergram.

The security clearance is a creature of the Executive Branch, so the President has full authority to yank them as it may please him.

My best friend's oldest son was employed as a Server in a DC area restaurant that I believe was partially owned by Warner. Warner would stop by. HE DRANK HEAVILY, EVERY NIGHT.
It was about 5-6 years ago when I heard about this. The son no longer works there, but told him mom how amazed he was that Warner given his alcohol consumption could even function. I've got to think that Warner's alcohol problem is much worse now.

Warner is not viewed favorably by many who have contact with him. I’ve known restaurant servers and bartenders who worked in DC area restaurants he patronized and they detested him.

It really is quite simple - Those that learn the security clearance requirements and follow them to the letter have no problem reciting them as they become their normal course of business.
Those that are briefed into security processes, then decide to do just what they want to do anyway (HRC, Comey, Brennen et.al.) sometimes get confused as to what they should be have been doing and what they have been getting away with doing.
You will notice Leaky Leahy isn't making many leaks anymore, seems folks now know not to trust him with sensitive information.
One, need to know, he has none, so anything current would be from leakers.
Two, anything he has a need to know cannot be repeated.
How has his free speech been limited?
