Actually only three of the five will face impeachment since Robin Davis resigned from the court (effective today) to avoid facing impeachment and Menis Ketchum resigned on 7/11/18 in order to plead guilty on 7/31/18 to a single felony count of wire fraud in a plea bargain

This is actually a GREAT example of a legislature exercising its constitutionally mandated oversight role over a judiciary that was clearly out of control and believed it, and its spending, answered to no one.

Actually Davis resigned yesterday 8/13/18, just gave her speech today. WVMetroNews said that by doing this, she is eligible to run for the court again this November.
Ya just can’t make this $#!t up.

It is incredible that this story HAS NOT been a major news story I know we have ALL said this before but the MSM is truly dead!!! I had not heard one word about the shenanigans these folks have been up to with public money!!!! It is a shock to hear that a states whole Supreme Court was impeached and NOT to have known one iota of information until after it happened it just STUNNING!!!!!!

Agree, and will be watching this one for developments.
Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court needs to be next. They flipped at least two congressional seats to the Democrats by redrawing boundaries earlier this year. Possibly as many as 4-6.
