A march attended by Antifa to commemorate the anniversary of last summers Charlottesville rally devolved into an anti-police protest on Saturday night. Shortly before a pre-planned evening rally to mark the anniversary of a campus confrontation between torch-carrying white nationalists and counterprotesters, activists unfurled a banner that read, Last year they came w/ torches. This year they come w/ badges.
Why are you in riot gear? We dont see no riot here, Antifa members chanted Saturday evening.
Footage of the march is circulating on social media.

The Charlottesville story has taken on a life of its own. It is now said the bad actors were the white supremists. The story is that a part of this group of what probably were white supremists and augmenting them were others wanting to save the statues from destruction. This second part of the group had many who were not supremists but did have a common cause - save the statues. This group applied for and received the required permissions to meet in the park. There were no clubs or brass knuckles. Call these Group #1.
Antifa and BLM arrived to demonstrate against the first group and filled the street. These did have clubs. Once antifa was in position, the mayor rescinds the permit group #1 had received and the police ordered them out of the park onto the street now filled with group #2 - antifa and BLM - who then began blooding up group #1.
One protestor was killed when hit by someone in a car who panicked and put the pedal to the medal when his car was nearly surrounded by protestors.
I followed the event pretty closely at the time. And what Im hearing now doesnt match what I heard then.
It was 2015, Super Bowl 50. Beyonce and Co performed a special tribute to the cop killing, communist revolutionary, domestic terrorist, Black Panther Party.

My oldest boy is alt right or Proud Boys or whatever....you call it....its fluid nomenclature
He says you go to a monument rally or a counter Antifa rally and half the folks there on our side are snitches and fake flag sorts
Hes says its very discouraging
And yes there are some white sumpremacists there too...a few....they are so insignificant unless they blow up something
We did have our local county fair this week in a conservative county
The state Democrat Party set up a booth
It lasted two hours and they left after being accosted by a stream of folks complaining about the Democrats and media
Even though I have not yet watched any videos of the event, I don't need to.
I am sure that the peaceful St. Trayvon Chapter of the Saint Mother Theresa Contingent of the Thugs for Jesus were scattering rose petals and skittles everywhere to make sure that love reigned supreme.
Of course, if the murderous cops could find no black thugs misbehaving, instinct probably compelled them to apply mayhem, murder and arson on each other.
Any good links to videos of the event?
I'm not sure about the "white nationalist" movement; but I've looked into several of the leading "alt-right" personalities; and I've never heard of any of the people in the article except Richard Spencer. Some say he coined the term "alt-right;" but IMO he's the movement's least credible major spokesman.
Will the police get “stand down” orders again?

This is why conservatives win if they stay off the streets.
There’s nothing to be won there. Let the Left deal with the cops.
If you can turn out tens of thousands, then you’ve got something going on. If you can’t turn out tens of thousands, just stay home.
Counter chant:
Aint no riot here
‘cause of our riot gear
How old are these people? 10?
As long as “racism” is the biggest boogie man in the US, these goons can scream “racist!”, and claim they are fighting racism, they basically get a pass from big media. This crap keeps people home and watching the “news”, which is what the media wants.
“Any good links to videos of the event?”
Hasn’t happened yet. Things won’t really get heated up until later today, both in DC and Charlottesville. In fact, I don’t things will get violent until the white nationalists try to leave.
SJW media didn’t seem to care either...I wonder which ‘field office’ he works out of.
Not directly related to the discussion, but...
That Beyonce has gotten massive in the last few years.
So has AGT host, Tyra Banks.
Thanks bitt. What are their FR nicks?
We knew it all along...
All those scumbag White groups are completely infiltrated with the feds. And I’ll go to my grave in saying that Dylan roof was either a fed or the feds gave him the idea to carry out that mass shooting as an attempt by the Obama administration to start a race war in order to impose marshal law.
