If the parents are US citizens and their child is born outside of the US, they simply need to file a CRBA form to officially make their child a US citizen.
I’ve never read Senator No-Name’s parents completed the required documentation.

Barack Hussein was unqualified and a usurper of the Office Of the President under the Constitution of the United States of America. An executive order is, however, insufficient to erase all the destruction that this evil socialist inflicted on our country. I pray that eight years of President Trump will suffice to repair the damage.
Now we have the definition of "natural born" at issue, and the appropriate response is a Supreme Court ruling, or better a constitutional amendment making clear it means born here (or military/government overseas) of American parents.
