It has “worked” to help them spend many billions of dollars that we gave them to fund terrorism and to purchase brand new state of the art military equipment to threaten our troops and our allies - and to profit Russia, who they are a virtual client state of. This is certainly not something Russia approves of - quite the opposite. But Durbin says what he says here in one breath, then in another breath will say this administration is “soft on Russia.”
