Can you imagine how successful he'd be if he had all his mental faculties? Impaired as he is he's cowed NATO into paying their way, broken through in North Korea and ended their missile threats (at least for now), destroyed ISIS, cut unemployment to shreds, and grown the economy at a rate Obama only dreamed of. Why, if he was 100% perhaps he'd figure out how to get republicans in congress to actually help him instead of having to do it all himself.
