Mueller doesn’t need “evidence” to get an indictment from a DC grand jury. He included media reports as “evidence” in his current indictments. He just wants to have an indictment, no matter how flimsy, to set the narrative.

IG criminal referrals to the US Attorneys DO NOT require the attorneys to act in any way. There is nothing in 5 US Code, as passed and signed into law in both 1978, and in 2016, that requires the Obama appointed, and Sessions recommended, US Attorney Jon Huber, to convene a grand jury and to prosecute.
And there is nothing in the Sessions/Boyd letters that tell Huber to do that.

This is pure fantasy. Sessions is recused. Read Sessions testimony under oath before Congress at his confirmation hearing. Then read Sessions' recusal letter. Sessions is recused on all matters connected in anyway to the campaign; that would be all the Hillary matters, Uranium one, the Clinton Foundation, the Clinton paid for dossier and its associated FISA warrants, the Clinton email investigation.

It doesn't logically follow that "Trump is too stupid", just because Trump isn't doing something about Sessions at the moment. The reasons why have been clearly outlined many times on the non-Q threads. If you would simply remove your head for a moment from Q's rear end, you would have noticed the arguments instead of posting such a false choice.
They have already provided most of the document unredacted to select members of Congress. Gowdy and Ratcliffe have seen the mostly unredacted document. Will DOJ and the FBI refuse to allow even the President of the United States of America to see the document? Will the FISA court refuse to allow the President to see it? This will be a revealing exercise as to the hubris and illegality of the Deep State. They have been elected by no one. Constitional crisis.
If they don't "cough it up," then Trump fires them. Trump could request first that the document be provided to him and his legal counsel unredacted. Trump can then make the decision as to what will be disclosed or not based on whatever process he chooses.
